This is by far one of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever gone to. The service is horrible it always takes forever to get my food inside or in the drive thru. The coffee is burnt about 98% of the time. When I ask for extra cream chesse on my bagel and never get it, I find this annoying seeing how im charged for the extra cream chesse and not getting it. Half the time find other things I didnt ask for on my bagel such as lettuce, italian dressing or tomato. I Once ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage I got the sausage but no egg. If there was another location closer then east aurora or springville I would stop going!

Tim Hortons in chaffee, great food and even better coffee. When this store first opened the service was top notch, however, now the wait time is terrible. From what I have observed the staff is willing to go the distance but they are not getting the proper training to be successful, and from what I could plainly see the manager was not willing to help. Hopefully the owner/ corporation sees this review and makes the necessary changes to improve this store as I am sure there are some customers just driving on by when the lines are long, and its not due to staff, its needs management help.

Since its the only tim hortons near me im forced to go there. Im not a fan of there facility though. I always see the staff goofing off. throwing foods at each other. they are messy. too many times ove ordered a bagel and it was literally a heap of butter and a heap of cream cheese. wasnt even spread out or cut in 4s like its suppose to be. got a wrap from there and it wasnt hardly wrapped, was falling apart. Sloppy sloppy work

Service is so so. Theyre slow. All the time. Doesnt matter if theyre busy or not. 90% of the time you dont get napkins with your order. If you ask, you get one napkin. Almost like they have to pay for the napkins themselves so they ration what they give out. I dont know, I honestly think theyre service sucks. Food is good. Comes out sloppy. But its Tim Hortons and Ill always still go. And always still complain.

Worst Customer Service Ive ever had. They took forever. AND WHEN I COMPLAINED I WAS TOLD I WAS ACTING LIKE A DO***E BAG. Corporate Tim Hortons needs to step in and do something about this location. They are giving Tim Hortons a bad name. If I owned that location I would fire everyone and start over.

They cant take another order at the counter until they finish making the order before. Cant ring an order on the register correctly then get lippy with the customer because its "only a nickel difference." How about just learning how to do your job and do it well. Tim Hortons is the worst.

Its good coffee and a nice place to meet friends. But be prepared for long lines in the drive through and inside during their busy hour. Make sure you double check your order, cause they can mix it up, but graciously give you the right one.

I do love hortons coffee but I cannot wait until the other one opens in arcade because this location is always messing up my coffee. The drive thru is ridiculous sometimes and everything else is the same as every other hortons.

Very busy place. They need to re-train their employees to give better customer service. They never say "thank you" and rarely greet you when you walk up to the register. Good coffee and baked goods.

Its nice finally having a Tim Hortons out here but its all High School students working there and my order was messed up a few times. The food is great but service...a little shakey

Very busy. Drive thru and parking are almost always full. Service is fine, not the best Tim Hortons but far from the worst. Quality of food and drink was as expected.
