Went drive in... they made a mistake in my order. I asked for a large, they gave me a small. I paid with a new 10 $ gift card, never used. then i asked if they could change it for a large, but the lady was unpleasant with me. She then change it, i gave her the gift card again and she says i don t have enough to pay the 5$ and something in the card. Suspicious for me, bit since i had people behind me a decided to pay and leave. Will not come back here for sure.

If the Culpeper Starbucks want to get more patrons in the mornings they need to get rid of the overweight Baristas or at least have the majority of their staff in decent shape. I mean its one thing to be a little overweight, but to have obese people working behind the counter is not very endearing to the customer. They also need to get new Baristas with a better attitude. The entire staff acts like they dont want to be there.

The slowest Starbucks on the planet. I dont know why but it takes forever to get anything here. I place my mobile order when Im at least 10 minutes away and still have waited more than 5 minutes when I arrive. I dont know if its staffing or just heavy use, but Ive seen more people cycled through the Harrison Crossing starbucks and they too have a sometimes slow drive through, but their inside service is quick.

This Starbucks has the absolute best staff! Its always super clean and the baristas are all very friendly and will work to make sure youre satisfied with your drink. As a regular, they all know me by first name as well as what I typically order. They work quickly and efficiently to get drinks to their customers as quickly as possible, especially during very busy times!

The baristas are ALWAYS accommodating, warm, and efficient. They know their craft and execute it with smiles on their faces, which isnt the easiest thing to do. They provide coffee sippers, tea lovers, and latte connoisseurs of the central va area from the wee early, but still bustling, mornings of the 9-5 commuter crowd, to the late evening bunch and do so seamlessly.

I came into the store 15 mins prior to them closing tonight because I was volunteering on an ambulance and that was the earliest we could get there. The woman making my drink proceed to complaining loudly about "rude ass people" coming in 15 mins before end of her shift etc. As a first responder who cant control my hours Im disgusted with that attitude.

I stop in this starbuck almost every day before or after work so I signed up for the rewards to receive a free cup of coffee and to order a head the cashier (MARK) didnt know what the app was or anything about a free cup of coffee even though its posted on the front door and on the wall behind the cash register WILL NEVER STOP IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN

Well there has been a few problems.. First my sister tried to reload her card and get a drink. But the girl made her by her drink then reload her card. Ridiculous. Then I went to get a FREE refill on iced coffee and walked out paying $4.95!!! I dont know.

Not the best Starbucks Ive been to before. They focus too much on drive thru and too little on customers in the store. Lately the store is infested with flies. Well see if the district manager makes improvements after contacting her.

If you like Starbucks, you cant go wrong in Culpeper for service, food and beverages. Only drawback: a small-ish and oddly layer out inside. Not many seats so squatters - regulars - plop down and stay.
