So my boyfriend and I just got our breakfast from the drive thru. The lady on the mic was extremely rude . when we got to the window they tried charging us the wrong amount. My boyfriend did the math and we knew the total was wrong. On top of getting our order wrong after telling them at the window what we wanted, they still gave us the wrong food and overcharged us. They were extremely rude and this is just rediculous. You have lost a customer from this & i will be sure to share my encounter with others.

The management is terrible, it takes a line of 5 cars 10 minutes+ to get through the drive thru, and the wait inside is rediculas. The new Dunkin Donuts that is practically across the street is way less staffed but gets customers in and out quicker.

I visited this Tim Hortons around 9 AM on a Saturday. The drive through was very busy but it was not too bad inside of the restaurant. The staff was well trained attentive and friendly. I had a good experience and would return.

Great Tim Hortons! I come here often and although the cashier staff arent as experienced they are really nice and make great food. and its nice to hear Christian music playing. This place really makes my day.

I love tim hortons, just luv it. but I despise employees that cut u off while ordering. and dont pay attention to the coffee theyre making get ur creams and sugars straight especially for drive thru

Would it kill them to fill the cup all the way instead of just 3/4 full? No paper sleeve soo my hand burns when I try to drink it. Dunkin is SO much better. Hell, the gas station is better.

What a great place to get coffee, meet and talk with friends and eat. The staff is friendly and smiling. A real pleasure to go there. I go at least three times a week.

You never know if the cafe mocha you ordered yesterday will taste like the cafe mocha of today. One day coffee tastes like hot coca, next day it tastes like oil.
