My friends and I went to Kobe for a girls night out. We got there at 720 sat at 730 no big deal.we got our drink, ordered, got our salad (which I got my soup instead) We then sat there with no food or service for 45 mins. When we asked the waitress about it she said I dunno, your Chef is Ken and he is in the back and is a good chef. He mus tbe taking his time. she left I said taking his time.. to me taking his time is like 15 mins, not an hour. He came went over our orders at the table then began cooking. Never talk to us, never did the show that normally comes with sitting at the grill area. He did nothing. We did not end up leaving until close to 915. The waitress was nice and tried to be nice to us about the situation, but there was no urgency to serve our area. I will NEVER go back to there again and I will NOT rec. anyone to go there either.

Kobe isnt impressing in the slightest, yet its not too disappointing. The entire visit, from sitting down to paying the bill, was all under 45-50 minutes; Which is great, but the service lacks a lot. The chefs arent enthusiastic at all and the food portions are 2/3rds of what youd get at Sakuras or any other Habachi restaurant. And the food was way too oily/ buttery for taste. Not my first choice, but I would only go here for speed of service.

Went for lunch. Wegmans quality sushi at premium prices. Gemtleman making sushi didnt wear gloves and rolled his eyes like a teanager when I asked for some sauce. Ordered three premium rolls and they came out really small. I thought it was because lunch. Price was full price and I asked I was yelled at by the "chef". Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Food is okay (grill is good), better sushi around Fredericksburg, hope they improve. Staff is okay, no hurry, not always friendly, cooks are the most friendly. Sometimes I wonder if waitress know better service means better tip....they make me feel like I am bothering them. Has so much potential.

I ordered to go. Got the steak and fried rice. All but 5 pieces of my steak had big fatty pieces. Then my fried rice had like little pieces of corn....it looked like they didnt mean to have corn in there so how are they managing their customers food? Wont be back.

Cockroaches at our table. Discontinued the meal, paid for drinks, left. Server very nonchalant about it. Will not go back. There is a restaurant next door that I eat in regularly and have never seen bugs, its not the building, its the lack of cleaning.

The BEST Japanese Steakhouse around! The yum yum and ginger sauce are far superior to any place around. The staff is super friendly, and the owners are the nicest people who care about their customers! THE most fresh seafood and sushi! A+ for sure!

Food and service were great. The one thing I dont like about Hibachi is that they cook all the ingredients to cook individually and piecemeal everything to you, so your food gets cold while waiting. Otherwise I love it!

Ordered lunch Shrimp Flambe. It was delicious! ! I dont like cooked carrots but their sweet carrots were actually delicious. Too much to finish in one setting but will have rest for dinner.

Very awful! Rice was burnt and tasted old. Ask for extra yum yum... and got one little container! Chicken, very dry! Shrimp, very burnt!
