If I could have given this place a zero, I would have. I went there on April 1st, and no this is not an April fools joke. I went for my daughters birthday, and while you would think it was to be a joyous ocassion, it was not. Initially we sat down to get drinks, while we waited on others to arrive, my mother-in-law asked for a cup of hot water and a cup of cold water being they didnt have the tea she could drink or make herself, she brought her own. And why is this important, she has stomach cancer and can not have everything, the server Lina got an attitude and didnt want to even bring her a cup to make her own tea. (Strike 1) After everyone had arrived we were asking about refilling our drinks, it took 20 mins for the server to come back, the restaurant was not full and there were several servers lingering around and talking. Nevertheless, the food was not that great, and some of the sushi was spoiled. (Strike 2) Then after all of this had passed and it was time to pay, I presented a coupon that they mail out and the lady got an attitude about it like they didnt accept these.(strike 3). To top it all off, they chased us down for more tip after trying to leave. They didnt even give my daughter her birthday song or celebration. I would not recommend this place at all, you will be better off ordering takeout. The service is poor and the food is not all that for the amount of money you pay. They advertise crab legs and only bring out about 4 legs at a time. Ridiculous!!!!

Service was slow and unorganized. No one was around the Hibachi grill when we were trying to get service cooking our food. Lady that was working behind the Hibachi grill was rude and got mad when she had to find something for my girlfriend. Management was forcing the waitresses to tell people that there werent any more mussels, and a few other items. Telling people at a buffet how much they can eat, when asked to speak with management a young girl came out while on her cell phone, told her what had been going on thru our visit and when I finished she had nothing to say and returned to her call , I then got my family and we left,the staff then follows us out insisting we pay for our minimal meal , they threaten to call the police on us, so therefore I did it for them and called the police , when the police arrived they couldnt believe the service and the management as well! Long story short we will never be back Nor will the police and we didnt pay for what I call the jail meal!!!

The quality of the food is going down...the managers need to train their employees to keep their manners, stop asking customers "do you need change back" Its rude and poor manner. This is the second time I did not get my change back, even though I specific ask for it, I think the waitresses are playing dumb like they dont understand. My last bill was a little over $21, I gave $30 & never get the change back. This time the bill is a little over $18, I gave $25 & ask for the change back, didnt get it...after took the money, she tried to avoid coming back to the table. Be aware, DINNERS, if cash, please take the money to the register yourself... that what Im going to do from now on.

Come on folks! Its unbelievable that for the price of a junk food meal at a fast food joint one can eat fruits, vegetables, seafood of all types, loads of beef, chicken, & pork for you meat eaters, and a variety of desserts including flan (my fave). I love the way they prepare vegetables, so fresh and lightly cooked, including green beans, zucchini, and, currently, asparagus. The ambiance is simple but nice, there is always music, and the waitresses are always pleasant, smiling, attentive, and thin & pretty! I say Americans need to eat less burgers and more vegetables. If you are in a hurry, this is a good place for a fast yet wholesome, healthy, delicious meal.

We have been here a few times and it was pretty good. However we want tonight and I got a few things and they were cold and did not taste well. I decided not to get anything else so we wouldnt be charged for my meal. When I asked the server to take my food off of the bill they hesitated and it took them a while to get back to us with a new check. The women at the front desk then came to out table and said that she had checked the cameras and that I had gotten a plate. I proceeded to say it was not good and I only took bites of everything so after a few minutes she finally gave up and took it off the bill. Horrible customer service!!! Who checks the cameras?!

I wish this buffet was up in the Fairfax Area... we stopped by here while we were doing some shopping down in the burg and this place blew us away.. The buffet is huge.. They have everything, Sushi, Hibachi Grill, All the Classic Chinese Dishes.. American food.. tons of seafood selections.. We showed up here on a Saturday right at lunch time.. Everything was FRESH, hot and absolutely delicious.. Honestly, one of the best Hibachis Ive been to in a couple years.. The Servers made sure our drinks we filled up constantly.. The desserts were off the chain good.. And they had really good ice cream.. for $14 you just cant beat it..

came in around 8pm. First thing you walk into was a empty fish tank that smelled like dead fish. maybe it broke understandable. We asked to see the buffet before we decided to eat there everything looked ok so we sat down. we got a plate or 2 tried the sushi...mistake #1 Im pretty sure they took the fish from the broken tank and used them to make sure. it smelled exactly like the fish thank. food was old and hard. the only thing that was decent was the hibachi grill which was cooked fresh in front of you. over all experience was very poor. will not be returning.

Snow crab legs?? Where? Because they are not here. They had blue crabs that were small size and over done.... the meat was mushy. The sushi was hot and the hibachi meat was tough. The waitress tried to give us out check halfway through and tried to take away a plate I had just brought to the table. I wish she had taken it because it was not good. The fried oysters were not crunchy at all. Theres a reason this place is $8.50 for lunch. I would not recommend this place if you want good Chinese food or seafood. The best thing was the Hershey ice cream I got.

It pains me to see all the negative and prejudiced reviews. The buffet is a bit smaller but the quality is good and the food is always fresh. And you cant beat all you can eat crab legs at such a low price. The waitresses are always pleasant and have prompt service. A review below said the waitresses kept asking whether change was needed. Well, if I were a waitress I would ask too. Why would you walk back if you had other tables to tend? And if the check was "$18" why would you give "$25"? I would think to keep it too. Def recommend this place! :)
