Drive thru is a consistent 15 min wait, the staff leave the mic on and yell back and forth to each other (that has happened nearly every time I am patient enough to wait in drive thru), Ive been "forgotten" while sitting in the drive thru just to hear the staff inside having entire conversations with the open mic... I usually just end up going inside to wait, to ensure my order is correct. The inside is dirty; no napkins, sticky floors. They are "out" of common things regularly (cups, sauces, lids), tables are dirty, I always take my order to go. Staff is completely clueless, lack personality, and are rude.

Drive thru is always slow. I once waited 23 minutes to get my order and there were only two cars in front of me. Food is just okay but they do not know how to properly make a crunch wrap supreme.

Extremely slow, drive through and indoor. Multiple people working, but always talking or goofing off. How it takes 45 minutes for 2 chalupas and a taco is beyond me. You

Inside was clean. Food was what you can expect from a KFC/TACO BELL. Staff was irritable and not engaging. They werent a happy bunch. Exterior was not clean.
