Went into to Burger King to order a large fry. Asked for a fresh fry because there was a basket of fries that had been out of he grease for 10 minutes while I waited in line for my order. I asked the cashier for fresh fries and yet a women walked out of the office with washing her hands and began dumping the stale fries and serving them I stated that I wanted fresh fries. She developed an attitude and then went back over to serve he fresh fries with out washing her hands. I then asked for a refund and was treated as though I was the enemy. The ast manager came of the office and did not ask me why I wanted a refund or what happened just that they were not sure how to complete the refund. They finally gave a refund a manager refund. I watched every employee none of the cashiers washed there hands as they juggled customers and cash. Very frustrating as fries are my weakness and burger kings up until today where the best. I have officially divorced Burger King as of today. Just wanted to share this information with the public as people often wonder how they get sick and it is location and staff that do not follow the rules. I would have given no stars if it were possible.

Terrible burger King, gets my order wrong everytime. Plain cheese whopper, yet every time youll end up with a whopper with everything on it or nothing at all. Im surprised they dont forget to add the burger itself. Guess all the dope they smoke makes it hard for them to remember anything Wish a decent burger King was closer to my house.

I think it is not appropriate for a young woman to be wearing underwear and fishnets to a work place, children come in and when my son points it out who is 7 years old there is a problem. It would be in your businesses best intrest to get rid of "chyanne" i believe her name is .

Great service. Excellent food. Way better than the alternative, which is a McDonalds down the street that seems like its hellbent on being the worst and dedicated to pushing away customers.

Mostly dirty when ever I go. Accuracy of your order is poor. I once had to send back sanwich 3 times to get it right and had to holler each ingredient to the preparer to get it right

Its hit or miss on getting your order correct but I suppose thats any fast food restaurant. Inside tends to not be so clean, theyre busy and cleaning the tables comes last etc.
