Had the worst possible Pizza experience today. Ordered a Veggie Pizza. Got a Large Pizza with one topping being Bacon/Meat. Luckily for me, a chicken-eater, I could figure out that it was not a vegetable. Unfortunately the other two who were sharing the pizza are staunch vegetarians for religious reasons. One of them just lost his appetite after realizing that he took a bite from a pizza that had meat in it. The other guy patiently called this place back and told them what happened and they offered to send the same pizza again, after making sure about the toppings. Mistakes happen, and we have had this experience with many other Pizza places. But heres where it gets worse: After waiting for about 45 patient/forgiving minutes, we called up this place again, and we were told the pizza should be there in 2-3 minutes. Another 15 mins goes Called up again: This time the same guy answers, tells that there is no pizza on the way, and says that he never said that there is one on the way for the previous order, that too in a rude manner. Later he says that his colleague may have told on the phone that it was on the way. After asking for the names, the Pizza Hut guy says his name is Khan, and his colleagues name is Anthony. Now its already more than half an hour, and we are still waiting for the replacement pizza. Total time since we ordered the pizza = more than 3 hrs! I am not sure how bad a day the pizza guy was having. But this is certainly not what Id expect after paying a 25% tip! Lets see if we can sue Pizza Hut for this goof up! Update: Finally after 3.5 hrs, we get the replacement pizza. The delivery man definitely didnt deserve the tip I gave earlier. I asked him if there is no meat for sure and he replies "if you didnt ask for it, it wont be there"! Everyone has bad days. But I am the one who paid for it and added a 25% tip to it!

Horrible experience with this Pizza Hut... ordered carry out online at 6:50pm and got a notification it would be ready at 7:20pm. Arrived at this location at 7:22pm and my pizza wasnt ready. After asking multiple times it hadnt even been put in the oven yet. The workers were extremely unorganized and didnt seem to remotely care about their customers. My pizza finally was ready at 8:00pm and one of the pizzas was incorrect... but at that point I wasnt going to wait another 40 minutes for them to fix it. I will never be eating at this place again!

Ordered at 4pm for the pizza to be delivered at 6:30pm, called several times between 7:30 and 8:30, eventually cancelled my order at 8:45. Worst service I have ever experienced and the manager essentially told me it wasnt pizza huts fault and didnt seem to care at all. I cant stress enough how terrible this place is.

Worst Pizza hut Ive had to order from. So bad I have asked the next closest pizza hut to order to me but for territory reasons they couldnt. People are rude on the phone and service is extremly slow. Its sad I am forced to order from another pizza company because these people dont care about customer service.

Tried this place only couple of times, I got my pizza and it was wet and soggy at the bottom.The top was burnt, dry, and hardly any sauce.. taste was terrible compared to the other pizzas i ate from pizza hut .. Dont plan on coming back.ever.
