This is a storefront takeout Pizza Hut, not a full restaurant. Its the only Pizza Hut in the area so its my only option when I get a craving. I only give two stars because Ive had incorrect or missing items when getting delivery at least twice (they always offered to send out someone to correct the issue or refunded me). Theyve also been out of items,. On one order I had the store call me 3 times because they were out of things, then out of the thing I substituted, etc. Although they always refunded or made me whole, they never offered me anything additional for the trouble (some free breadsticks or a dessert would have been nice)

Very unsatisfied I ordered my pizza at 7:23. It said a 2 hour and 43 min delivery time, OK understandable to some extent. It said my order will be here by 9:56, it is now 10:40. I have been calling to see whats going on and I cant get thru I have called eight times and the last two times an associate keeps transferring me to a manger, then the phone just keeps ringing then gives a busy signal. Now they transferred me to customer support and I have been on hold for 20 minutes. AND MY PIZZA IS STILL NOT HERE.

I was hesitant to order pizza here due to the relatively low rating, but I didnt want to spend much and I wanted familiar food; I was not disappointed. I ordered a pizza that I have ordered many times before at several other pizza guys across the country, and this was by far the tastiest instance of that pizza that I have eaten to date. The food was ready for pickup exactly on time, and the staff was very genial. Best Pizza Hut experience

This place deserves 0 stars. I ordered pizza hut online so I didnt think to look at the reviews. Ordered at 7:45, delivery time set for 9:45. Long wait but it is Saturday so thats OK. Its now 10:30 so Im getting pretty upset. I call the place and the phone rings off the hook for 3 minutes. I finally get an automated system but when I run through it I get nothing. My food is almost an hour late and I cant get any information from anyone

This is what it is. These guys do an awesome job for a strip mall location. I know to always order online, for carry out, and actually plan to pickup 10 min after the estimated time. There are several solutions for the comments that others have made. You adapt, think ahead, plan in advance or tip drivers well so they can actually afford to live off of less deliveries. Problem solved.

Ive given this place multiple attempts and it just isnt worth it. Their delivery is always late (sometimes up to an hour late), and when it does show up the pizza smells like body odor. Im not even sure how this is possible, but the poor driver must not wear deodorant and Im pretty sure the pizza boxes absorb his stench. Very disgusting.

Today was my 1st time ordering from here & it will be my last . The delivery driver was very rude & didnt budge to come bring me my food I had to come to him . Secondly my boneless wings were beyond cold , there was no trace of it ever being warm & the store is about 5 minutes away from me

We ordered at 730pm, and the order had not been received by 1100pm. The manager offered to make and deliver our order... before midnight. We would like to order from Pizza Hut, but dont be fooled... this is no real Pizza Hut. Advice: pay with cash.

This place has taken my order on 2 different occasions , promised delivery, charged my card and then closed without delivering my pizza.....1 star rating is being to nice...clearly there is no pizza in Pakistan

Their a really good place to order from. Its my fifth time ordering and im always satisfied with the delivery time and the hot food. These guys that work at pizza hut are very nice and kind.
