Worst customer service ever!!! If I can give this place 0 stars, they will get them. I ordered a large pizza online, sausage with pepperoni. When the pizza arrives it has black olives. I called the place, and asked to talk to the manager. He tells me thats my order and hes going to send the receipt to my house. All Im asking is to get the correct order, he tells me to f0c&p hes not giving me anything. I decide to drive and take the pizza to them, as when I get there all Im asking is for a new pizza and Ill even pay for it again. The manager says Im not getting anything and tells me to leave the store as I tell him all Im asking is for a new pizza. A lady walks out of the kitchen and also tells me to leave the store. After all, it wasnt about the money, it was about the correct order and I wouldve paid again for a new one. Dont go to this location, I cant believe how bad of customer service this place has.

Terrible. Can I put 0 stars? Cold pizza and burnt breadsticks. We live maybe 3 miles from the store. Did the driver get lost or do they just not care? Ive had pizza hut before from other stores and not had problems, however, every time I order from this store there is some problem. Also, the few times I have picked up they have been nothing but rude and unprofessional. No more second chances. Not ordering from them again. Not sure if Pizza Hut Corporate reads these or not, but if they do, I would strongly recommend intervening! They are hurting your brand!!

The staff is not trained since they have have no customer service skills. Pizza takes forever to be delivered and its usually cold. Tried contacting them they have nothing to say not even an apology. I have worked in food service and I understand that there are constraints when delivering pizza the least the staff can do is be apologetic and show some empathy. But like I said they lack customer service skills

This place is just awful, its a pathetic excuse for a pizza hut. This will be the last time I order from this one, this is the 3rd time ive given them a chance. The pizza is undercooked, soggy and tasteless. Shame on them for sending this... Common. I had to put the pizza back in the oven bc it was so doughy.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I ever went in the staff use to be nice but idk what happened to them ... they are very rude now ... I asked nicely if we can have buffalo sause they said no right away without hesitating. I asked them why they said "just because". If I could rate a zero I would .

Service is awful. Left me on hold for 20 minutes, still no response. Called to tell them I was on hold for 20 minutes...They put me on hold again. Dont call this place. Go to papa johns or something.
