Terrible customer service! I ordered twice from here and both times I had bad to worse experiences. First time - the website said that you had to pay extra for certain breads, but when I called to place my order they charged me extra for bread that wasnt included on the list. Then I spoke with the manager and told him that it wasnt on the website and he said thats why Im telling you now before you pay. I told him that he needed to update his website if this is the case. He said I didnt have to order it...RUDE! Next experience and most recently - I called to order 2 salads for my boss and they said they have a minimum order of $10 delivery, so I said okay fine Ill order 3 garden salads. Why did I place my order at 12:05 and here it is 12:55 and still NO garden salads!?! I forgot to mention that we are less than 5 minutes away from the restaurant...I could walk there faster than they delivered it. I will NEVER order from them again and my boss was really upset that he didnt get his food. He actually wanted to return it!! The food is okay but way over priced and too expensive. UPDATE - I received my 3 garden salads at 1:05 pm...an hour later! Thanks Dominion...you just lost a customer!

Not that great is what I would say,. I ask for a steak and cheese, found out nothing comes on the thing,. so if you dont ask for anything you wont get anything else on it. It wasnt very large for the price either. Then I felt a little like a chump as I tipped a dollar when I paid up front not to mention I waited forever for my sandwich. Im going to have to pass on a return visit. Oh wait the two stars are for the staff, they were great, just everything else sort of sucked.

Although the food is great the customer service is on the terrible side. I order food for delivery and I work in a corp. setting. The deliver man stood at my desk until I got off the call lines and told me he was waiting for a tip. he also stated that if I didnt want to tip then dont order. I would rather give tips in cash but I dont want to be pressed out about giving one either.

Nothing amazing. Good deli eats. I had the steak and cheese. Pretty good. The fries werent bad but not crispy enough. Small sit down place or take out. Nice local deli for lunch.

ABSOLUTE RIPP-OFF!!!! Tried to charge me $8.10 for a bagel w/cream cheese and a slice of ham. RIDICULOUS!
