Order was completely wrong. Receipt was blank. Staff seemed to be either exhausted or inadequately trained (possibly both,) and not one item we ordered was right. Ive never left a one-star review before, but this was just disconcerting. Staff holding personal phones (do you know how many germs are on a smartphone?) and laughing hysterically as they rubbed their eyes and yawned just seemed like terrible management. People need rest, support and good training to do a good job, and at least two out of three were sadly lacking. I had the impression they really want to do a good job here, but something is sadly amiss. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day or something.

Just ate there this afternoon and it was the worst service. I didnt get a ticket, dont even think she took my uncles money to pay for the meal, the wait for food was about 15 minutes, and my whole order had something either missing or our specified burgers without ingredients we wanted, were on them. I had the absolute worst service Ive ever had at this store. You need to pay attention to the whole house, front and back and all you were focused on was the back in drive through. I understand yall have window times to keep up on but the front of the house is just as important.

Said they were open to 12, got there at 11 they were closed, but I saw people inside. And it was not on labor day or any other holiday, otherwise I would have understood, also appears others have had same issue on days no where near holidays.

Had to wait 16 minutes for a double cheeseburger with only mayonnaise and ketchup after waiting 5 minutes in drive thru then the burger had onions on it only 3 people working in the whole store

Not the best of the fast food chain. They are at about 70% as far as keeping pace with other BKS and losing ground quick. Mess your order up, wipe the spit off your food before eating.

Chicken sandwich I just had was pretty gross, the chicken had layers that separated, was dry and a little discolored. Didnt have time to go back to the Burger King but it was unedible.
