$11 "gourmet" burger with cold bacon and my wife had cold sweet potatoe fries. Im typically one to not complain but when your food is dropped off by a runner and you dont see your server until after you finish burger, it gets frustrating. Noone asked is how our food was, we had to page someone with that stupid computer on the table. Endless fries was a joke too. As I said, we didnt see anyone until the burger were gone. Atleast they had soap in the bathroom or they would of got 1 star. That was about the only thing they got right. We told the manager about our experience but she dismissed us. McDonalds is more attentive than this place.

Last night my daughter and I decided that Red Robin was the place to go for dinner..we always enjoyed the variety of burgers on the menu and the AWESOME milkshakes...my daughter went to the Westminster Dr location in Carlisle, Pa. The grab and go service was utilized ..you can imagine my disappointment when we arrived home to find that Not One but BOTH BURGERS were burnt to a crisp..it took alot of the excitemenet out of eating this Gourmet burger..Austin was great ....milkshakes Amazing...as usual...BURGERS SUCKED

We ordered thru the To-Go area because I am already familiar with how incredibly noisy this place is, and how usually the service is slow. I thought at least we can count on the food being tasty. WRONG. Red Robin is now just another formula food chain in my mind. Nothing special. Our meals were lacking the sides and the condiments, and it seemed to be a tad undercooked, as the coating on the shrimp and chicken was not crispy and the fries were limp. No reason to go here any longer.

Horrible. I have a food allergy and they messed up my order twice. I order it a specific way so I dont get sick and they cant get the order correct. Waiting 75 minutes for the food wasnt the best either. The third time the food came it wasnt correct. Even after I ordered my food correctly from the Red Robin allergy menu they still managed to put the wrong cheese on and I had to use my epipen a short while later. Dont trust this red robin with your life if you have allergies.

Hubby and I where traveling home from our vacation and it had been pouring down and we got stopped by a huge car pileup/ accident. So the closer we got to home the hungrier we got so we stopped for dinner. As soon as we got in the door, it started pouring again. We ate, still pouring so we ordered dessert and coffee. 2 of the biggest coffee mugs with piping hot coffee! THAT was the highlight of our dinner lol!

Food was good and prepared well as usual however it took us 40 minutes to get our order and we were the 2nd family into the restaurant on Sunday late morning. Maybe the grills were taking awhile to get warmed up? The waitress tried her best to compensate for the slow kitchen. We have not had this experience in the past. Hopefully just an equipmemt issue. We will be back again. We love Red Robin burgers.

Had a large group (~25) coming for lunch. We had called ahead and they had tables and booths ready for us when we arrived. Took our orders promptly, food was delivered very quickly and delicious as always. Orders were correct, every bill was individual so they had to split everything. No mistakes that I know of and had us in and out within our timeline. Great service!

Food was good and hot, staff friendly got the Marco Polo chicken sandwich and bacon was not thick cut peppercorn As pictured or described. It looked like the think microwave bacon. The Marco was just okay, not worth $13. My son asked for well done burger and it was very pink. Weve eaten at other Red Robins location and the food was much better.

The atmosphere is fabulous, the food was great, and the service was excellent. Even after I had complained to the waitress about not having Pepsi products, she was still very accommodating and friendly to us. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for casual dining and good food.

Our first time here and sad to say we wernt impressed, I ordered a big smoke & pepper burger,well-done! Looked delicious, but several bites in.. it was still pink in the center,they made another one for me and this one was also still pink.. Wont be eating there again anytime soon!!

Red Robin is one of my favorite places to eat. This Red Robin in particular doesnt usually have a waiting period for small tables (1-4). The service is usually very good and quick and they have a great menu selection. You really cant go too wrong with trying anything there!

Inside the restaurant has always been good, but takeout has ALWAYS had issues. Just got food there and had a total of 11 French fries in my order of French fries. In the past we have been given the wrong food and have stuff just left out. Just pretty disappointed...

Prices have gone up and portion sizes have shrunk. Takeout chili for $5.49 was barely a cupful; requested crackers were not included, and the chili was barely warm when I received it, though we work less than a mile from the store. Wont be ordering from them again.

Service would have been excellent, if I was sitting where my boyfriend was. I was not acknowleged once, and anytime a woman stopped at the table it was to make sure HIS visit was exceptional. Ladies, dont go here if you want all the attention on your partner.

Slow service. Order was delivered by the Manager and she saw that my drink was empty. She did not offer to refill it or to send my server over. Finsihed my meal before I saw the server to get a drink. Fries were whimpy in lacked taste.

Great thing about Red Robin is that theyll make any burger a veggie or bocca burger...so this place has become a regular staple when our vegetarian friends visit. Been here several times, never had a problem with service or food.

Sort of disappointing. Veggies with kids meals were brown and starting to wilt/spoil. They got my order wrong. Salads were old and browning. Price was good. Bathrooms could have been more clean.

Very good service at this place! Food is good but if you have a large order sometimes the fries are cold. However since they offer bottomless fries you can just get another, fresh order.

Food was delicious and served quickly. Ive been to some other red robins that were very slow. This one isnt. Recommended.
