Had lunch there today. The food was good. Burger was juicy, but a bit charred for my taste. Cookies and Cream shake was tasty and creamy, but a bit thin (easily moved up the straw). Overall, its OK. I would go back for a happy hour drink and I am curious about their Shake Cocktails, but if I want a burger and shake, Z Burger is just a few minutes walk down Wisconsin and has juicy burgers, free tops, and shakes that require vacuum suction to drink.

Decent selection of beers. Bartender was conversational and helpful. Burgers were delicious and there was a wide variety. Feels like a classic American burger spot with the addition of good beers to choose from. Not likely to impress a more finely-attuned craft beer fan (they used plastic beer glasses, for example), but the price was certainly right for a quality hangout.

Had the upstream burger (salmon) and it was delicious, especially with the Sriracha aioli. My friends all got beef patty burgers and said they were decent. A major issue was that their burgers were overcooked. A burger that was requested medium ended up closer to well done. The strawberry shake I ordered was decent as well.

Stopped by at 4pm today. Greeted at the counter by a lovely, smiling young woman who took our order & offered a frequent customer card. Meal came quickly, exactly as requested. Music at an appropriate level for conversation. Appreciate a minimum of paper waste and that they offer recycling there.

BT&S has really yummy burgers, fantastic sweet potato fries, and really great milkshakes. Its a small menu, but what do you expect, given the name? Also, quick. But most importantly? You get a really delicious, full meal with no wait for about $10. In DC, thats pretty great.

This place has AMAZING sweet potato fries, and their alcoholic shakes are on point! A good place to bring the family, and also a good place for a date or social meetup. Its conveniently located in Tenleytown across from the metro station.

I honestly just found their Burgers and milkshakes kind of meh for the price. The drinks are expensive while the atmosphere is okay at best. Its just an extremely convenient location to meet up at for AU students.

$7 Buck Chuck was great. Whole wheat bun was a nice touch at no charge. The $6 shake was very good as well. Atmosphere is relaxing and has a nice bar to sit around. Staff was friendly and greeted me as I entered.

This place makes a solid burger. They make some interesting choices, like serving chopped thick cut bacon instead of strips, but ultimately its a delicious burger. Their shakes are also delicious.
