Left feeling unappreciated. I ordered the salad bar, I wanted the shrimp add-on. The server informed me that the shrimp was served cold. I informed her that I was good, no thank you, on the cold shrimp. She the suggested skewers. I said o.k, and we continued to finish ordering... My wife ordered a well done burger. So I watched the game on tv at the bar and conversed for about 10 minutes before getting my salad, i was trying to time the arrival of the shrimp skewers. I had already finished my salad, the wifes well done burger had arrived, and was halfway consumed when I asked about my skewers. The server said: 1. Its an add-on so they dont prepare those at the same time as main course. 2. Its the computer, the system doesnt get it right 3. Then the Its coming up right now line was thrown out there before going to the back. When she returned with: 4. An unapologetic: its on the grill now. I pointed out to the server: my wifes burger takes much longer to cook, and thats half eaten and I have eaten my salad. Her response: 5. A snotty retort thats why you should have gotten the cold shrimp Once again, I didnt ask, she suggested skewers. The skewers arrived well after we finished eating. She took the bill to the manager, (once again I didnt ask for any type of retribution either), but the bill came back the exact same way it left: with a full charge. No compensation, no apology for the b.s., no gratitude. Its only a skewer but its the customer service here that gets the epic fail. Its ONLY 20 other restaurants within a 1 mile radius, so if Im paying, at least I have the option of not being blatantly disregarded (lied to). #options

The biggest issue I had with this particular Ruby Tuesday was the fact that the kitchen got an order wrong not once, but twice. For an appetizer we ordered their Pulled-pork Skins which are essentially potato skins with pulled-pork, bacon, sour cream and chives however there was no pork on them when they arrived. Our waitress took them back and said they would fix the problem. The new plate was packed into a to-go box because they didnt arrive until the end of our meal and we were informed they were made fresh and even doubled for our trouble. However, we get home, open the box just to find again there was no pork on our potato skins. The only good thing I can say is that we did not have to pay for the skins but its just ridiculous that they got the order wrong twice. Our waitress though who was in training did a good job despite the kitchens mistakes.

Went to ruby tuesday tonight with a friend. Always had a good experience there........but not tonight. We were not even halfway thru our meal when the server presented our check! Never had that happen to me before. When I asked her about it she told us management wants them to present the check halfway thru the meal She didnt know if we would order dessert and never asked. I asked another waitress if that was the policy and she said no. We wanted to order another drink but it took a long time for her to get back to us. We ordered the drink.. she took the check back and waited a while before she finally came back with the drinks! I will not be going back to that Ruby Tuesday again! ...

This was the worst food experience I have ever had in my entire 22 years of living . The greeter had his pants all the way down to his knees sagging like he pooped himself . Our waiter smelled like he just smoked a packed of cigarettes just an hour prior to serving us . Dont even get me started on the terrible food , it was gross and made me sick ugh if the owner is reading this please reemberse me my 41$ . I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED

Took my family here for dinner and had a wonderful time. They even let me combine a promotional offer and a coupon. The service was excellent and the food was just as good. I have had several experiences here and almost all of them have been great. They earn 5 stars to me because of their customer service. The waiter even brought out the kids food first without me having to ask.

After the LONG wait for the food, the hickory bourbon salmon wasnt seasoned at ALL, just sweet. The "in-season" asparagus was burnt. My steak & baked potato was ok. The garden bar was really good especially the cilantro-lime dressing. Our waitress was very pregnant & very nice.

Food did not taste at all fresh, I had a salad and thats the main reason you get a salad is for it to be fresh. The restaurant is small, and smells stale. Im pretty sure its not been cleaned properly either, saw inches of dust on the light fixtures. Would not go back.

I ordered tomato soup and it came back super cold. The cheese wouldnt melt. I was out of tea and the waiter never came back to the table except to give me my bill. Would never go back!! But had an exceptional meal in Bridgeport WVa. Bad service in Chesapeake Ba

I always eat the garden bar and today it was just as good as the last time I was here. I tried one of their new desserts today, the white chocolate lava cake, it was so delicious. You gotta get in here and try it or one of their other two new desserts!

Slowest, sloth like hostess. Must have been on drugs. Slow bartender, she doesnt care, shes ugly so shes used to not getting tips. Slow waitress, Ive never seen someone walk that slow in my life. One word to sum up my dining experience: CANCER.

Hamburger cooked well when we asked for med...got fries..which were cold when we asked for onion rings..the artichoke dip is just a pot of parmesan cheese with few lumps of artichoke. Absolutely worst meal out in s ling time..

Ugh, Ruby Tuesday. Seriously, the food is just okay and the beer selection is awful. Our service was only okay the night we were there. Just kind of slow. You really can get better food than this.

Great service and super fast. This Ruby Tuesday is much smaller than the normal restaurant from the chain which gives it a much simpler feel to it. We will definitely be back!
