Worst service ever ....took more than 30 minutes for our meal to arrive.....while other tables that were seated after us were getting their orders timely........asked for sweetener for my tea three times before the air headed waitress brought it to our table. When the food arrived the buffalo shrimp was drowning in sauce and only slightly warm...yuck not edible...the traditional wings we ordered were served the same way. They were sent back and we chose not to have them replaced.(not keen on returning food for replacement after all the things you see being done to the food on TV) so needless to say unless you were a young male that night your service sucked. My grandkids were with us and their food was not brought out early as requested.........the manager came out and tried to make good but too little too late he needs a little more customer service training".........gave us a certificate to return.... I Will give it someone else ....after more than 20 years of loyalty eating at various hooters, this will be the last time we ever go".........going out of business seems a good option for the company for va beach and Norfolk locations.

UnFriendly.,,,I have been to Hooters in Decatur Al., Snellville Ga. (closed now) Port Richey Fl.,Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Gwinnett place mall Ga., Anderson SC., And many more and they were all FUN. If a gaggle of pretty girls shouting gleefully "Welcome to Hooter spooks you, you wont have that problem here. My server was dull and disinterested like I was interrupting her (Adriana) she was slow to serve but fast on moving on. My wings were undercooked (See picture on Tripadviser) they do not have clams, and the oysters were frozen and still attached. The beer I had was cold. So anyway, If youre a fan of Hooters as I am, avoid this place it will tarnish your good memories

i went here on a monday ,Apr 18 for dinner.. it was dead, empty.. i was glad becuse i thought i wouldnt wait long. wrong! the dining area was empty, maybe 4 tables taken, it took 20 mins or more to get a drink. all the waitresses stand around in groups talking, the kitchen staff was standing around. someone brought our food , set it down an promptly walked off. we had no silverware or condiments. we waited till someone walked by to ask. no one ever came back during our meal to ask how were we or if we would like to wait 30 more mins for another drink. terrible. i will not be returning ,the whole staff sucks!!! our waitress was Alexis, she needs training!

Food took over an hour and was still somehow cold when it came out. The server was fine, apologetic and kept out drinks full while we waited. The manager didnt address the table until requested, which is a big faux pas. If food is taking over an hour, youre suppose to make contact with a table. But, when we did see him, he was obviously overwhelmed with people way more unreasonable than us and I became immediately sympathetic. No single point failure for the kitchen not producing or running food but an overall bad experience. They clearly have more seats then the place can serve.

Being that Ive never been to any Hooters location, I decided to try it out, and I was definitely dissatisfied. My waitress was such a sweetheart, but she continuously passed my table and I had to stop her just to make any kind of request. The restaurant was also dirty, and everything I ordered had a very distinct but strange taste...I couldnt quite put my finger on what I could compare it to, but overall, I definitely wont be returning to this location.

Oh this place, all them young beautiful sexy ladies running around in their tight shorts and skimpy hooter tops forced me to bite all that excessive cleavage right from the buns of that delicious, so juicy, but cheesy burger. And, there was nothing fishy about the fish and chips. The fish was, plump, fluffy, and as delicate as Victorias secret... as the fries curled my tongue. Dina just smiled and smiled. Said comeback, Ill wait for you.

Service here is always hit-or-miss, usually miss. If you go when the place is empty, youre likely to get great service. Any other time, forget about it. I spent 20 minutes waiting to get my check. This from a waitress I hadnt seen since we got our drinks. Eventually I had to get a manager, but he was useless, too. He gave me my check and then just walked away. I dont recommend this place.

Chicken was very good but the service was terrible. Waitress was very unprofessional and did not check on our table at all. It took her over 20 minutes just to refill our drinks. Waitress were on their phones instead of tending to the customers. Asked for to go cups instead of the waitress finishing with our table she began walking around and talking to other people.

The waitress was rude and short with our table AFTER we waited 10 minutes to have drink orders taken. The food was awful and the managers attitude was equally nonchalant about his staffs behavior. The entire staff was rude with a nasty attitude, even with each other! This was the WORST experience Ive ever had at any hooters and I will NEVER go back to this one.

They seem to be a little slow the wings are okay Ive had better Im from up North. Im heres October 15th very nice everything is turned around to be pretty good the waitresses at the fantastic nice eye candy its a great place to go for a Sunday afternoon enjoy the company and have a lot of fun I hope this does something to the girls here are fantastic

Zee was awesome! We had a part of 9 more kids then adults! She was super sweet and very attentive everything came out perfect, food was great and drinks were never empty. You could tell the manager was excellent. She helped deliver the food and other servers asked if we needed anything. Teamwork was very impressive! Well done Norfolk Hooters!

Such terrible service , never had to experience service like this before . Waited for about more than 30 mins .. lady didnt even give us drink or ask .. nor even let us know she will be right back with us . People that came after us was served before us . So we all just walked out & left , never going here ever again .

Always have a wonderful time at this location. The wait staff is super friendly and so are the hostesses. The food is always hot and on time. The best thing is you will always have a manager visit your table to see if everything is ok. The bartenders are the best A #1

A good place. The servers are helpful and courteous, even for hooters girls. The food is good, and they dont rush you out like some places. My wife and son and I traditionally come here whenever I return home from a business trip, and we all look forward to it.

Good food good specials. Boneless wings are now are basically chicken nuggets (the old style was much better). Water came out pink. The waitress claimed its the same tap as the pink lemonade and there was nothing she could do. The manager got us clear water.

So I have been sitting here at the bar for at least 15 to 20 minutes past my meal with an empty beer and not even check...the kicker is the manager is standing two feet from me chatting socially..I do love hooters wings though
