I live in Shoemakersville. Fiores is very close. right around the corner. Our family of 6 has pizza or subs about once a week (usually on the weekend) and have tried every pizza place in the area. Our favorite is Russos in Hamburg but Fiores is closer so thats were we order from a majority of the time... up until today!!! I will never set foot in that restaurant again! I ordered a small sub and a large cheese pizza, when I got there I paid the $21.00 bill. While waiting for my order I asked the owners son to add a few mushrooms to one slice of my pizza since it was still in the oven. He put a few mushrooms on with no issues. His father, the owner, came over and yelled at the son about that not being my pizza, the son said it was and told him I asked for a few mushrooms on one slice. So the owner came over and said to me "add mushrooms to one slice, thats 35 cents" and rang .35 on the register!!! What? I go there every week and Ive spent a LOT of money there over the years! Hes ringing .35 cents into the register for 5 mushrooms??? Its just the principle. I thought it was poor.I will now drive up to Hamburg and spend my money at Russos. Their food is much better anyway.

Fresh bread, great calzone, and authentic Sicilian dishes make this the best spot to go. Lots of great beers (for an IPA lover this was important ) and wines. My wifes favorite dish is the Chicken Carbonara and mine is the Chicken Bruschetta. Finish that with some vanilla ice cream and some Sambuca and your night is complete. Tempo Mangiare!

Best tasting pink alfredo ever..this was a staple when we did two weeks in Tuscany ladt year and this is right on the money. Nice portions and the bruschetta is perfect; again comparable to the fare in Italia. Bene, Molto bene!!

Always an awesome environment. Ive never had a bad meal there. Best stromboli and even better Alfredo sauce. Its a sit down and enjoy yourself kind of place. After dinner have an espresso and cannoli to unwind.

Salad was cold with plenty of peppers. Homemade marinara was great. The chicken carbonara was average and the homemade garlic bread needed a miniute more in oven. Overall good experience.
