I went in for a quick lunch on a Sunday at 4pm. The place was dead I wasnt greeted. The cashier was amused at my name and what it auto types on the register. She asked me three times if I wanted here or to go because she was busy laughing about my name to her colleagues. I sat and waited and waited. Wasnt given a buzzer so figured they would call my name when it was ready. Stood up after ten minutes to see my order sitting on the counter. Walked up said, "I guess this is my order?" The girl at the grill with blue streaks seems annoyed id ask her anything and said "yea have a good day"without even turning around. They continued to loudly talk personal matters amongst each other. Finally I had enough got a to go box and left. Once again was not acknowledged when leaving the empty restaurant. The girls at the register also busy chatting away. I get better service at wendy and theyre 1/4 the price. Ill never visit this location again

A great Panera for those that might want to study or just eat out. The dining area is separated into multiple sections, almost like rooms and there is a good number of outlets for charging laptops ect. (I personally require one to recharge my portable vehicle to make the 9 mile trip back home). Also, the employees were friendly and keep the place fairly tidy and clean. The bread here was good and they have a nice variety of drinks to which one can get free refills. I typically study here for 2 1/2 hours at a time and it can get slightly cold if you are under one of the numerous celing vents. I now bring a coat when I stay there for over 30 minutes. Also I forgot how loud or quiet is usually is here as I always bring headphones so, no input there. Overall, I think its a cool place to get work done or fill up.

Had an amazing experience at this location today !had my daughter with just shy of a year old asleep in her car seat. I go to order and notice the staff being very mindful of her napping and were quick and quiet .so I paid and tipped 5 dollars just for the amazing service !food came so quick and who I believe to be the store manager offered me help to my car !I thanked him and said I would be OK moms learn to multitask haha we had a laugh and I gathered my food and the car seat and headed for the door !when I got to the door he again was there waiting with FREE bagles and cream cheese holding the door for me and said its the least I can do !I was blown away that is truly the nicest any full staff as ever treated me especially as a new mom !A ++ for panera I thank you for that experience !!

My friend and I went tonight, and I ordered a bread bowl to go. Before I left, I made sure to ask if I had a spoon inside my bag. The manager Dan assured me that it was in there. So I left. The spoon was not on there and we were already at our destination that had no silverware. Well I called up there and Dan was very apologetic and had a driver deliver a spoon to me, not only that but they also gave me 2 free pastries. Although I was missing a spoon at first, I am very pleased with how they handled the situation. I will definitely be visiting again! :D

Very easy ordering with several ways to do just that. Healthy for fast food. Lacking some diversity in the menu-but thats not just attributable to this location - like the food, but the essence of the menu hasnt changed in years. Decent customer service here usually. Parking is so-so. Youll get a spot, but might have to look for it depending on time of day. The odd parking row thats a single row completely befuddles me-still.

Great bread makes a better sandwich. Love roast beef on asiago. Nick runs a clean, family friendly shop. Sitting outside is great & one of the few places to do it. Get there before 10:30, else bagels can run out. Coffees, water and soda. Rewards program helps gives free items every so many visits. They also do catering and have coffee jug to go like Duncan Doughnuts.

Panera bread is always the best place to get the great taste of grandmas homemade everything....lol...yes! Great service, great atmosphere for family, work away from work or just wanna hide away while enjoying the great taste of coffee, blended teas, with a sweet treat. Its a must try!

A very well run Panera. To begin, it is much bigger than youd think....the restaurant is very deep and there is plenty of seating. Almost all booths. You can order from kiosk, from your table, online rapid pickup or the traditional way. All work equally well. Great, friendly staff.

These storefront Paneras are always set up a little different, but this one isnt to bad. A little hard to find power outlets of youve brought your computer. They do have a semi private back room that can be used for parties or group training/meetings.

Placed an online order. Picked it up and was only given one cup for lemonade when two drinks were ordered. Sandwich had tomato (not ordered) and very little turkey on a huge piece of bread. I could hardly find it!! Clam chowder was delicious.

Had a simple to go go order, toasted Asiago cheese bagel and cream cheese. Looked in my bag when I got home and all I had in my bag was was a not toasted bagel without cream cheese. Messed up the simplest order they could possibly have.

Clean and friendly environment! Never had a problem here and never a long wait for either a table or carryout. I just love this particular panera. Always nice people working the counter and theyve yet to make a mistake with my order.

I love the sandwiches and coffee!! The new touch screen ordering is very easy and convenient to avoid the lines. You can even order from your table from the app and they will being your food to you.

As with any Panera, everything was good. The only complaint I have its that my sandwich was lacking a fair portion of meat, but mistakes happen and the rest of the table had hearty sandwiches!

Not the greatest store. More often than not the store is not clean. They have the great food you expect from the chain. They just dont clean up well.
