The worst Pizza Hut I have ever encountered!!!! DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS STORE! I placed an order with this store, paid for my order via credit card and waited for my order to be delivered. They said it would take an hour to an hour and ten minutes. An hour and a half rolled around so I called to check and make sure they didnt deliver to the wrong room (staying at a hotel). When I called back the person who answered the phone took my information and said they didnt have an order for me! Then proceeded to argue with me that I called Doninoes (when I ordered the 9.99 box and other stuff that Dominies obviously doesnt offer. Oh and he was rude. So he put his manager on the phone and he was more rude than the first guy, arguing with me that I never called there to place an order when in fact I did. I was explaining to him exactly what time I called, who I spoke with, and what I ordered. He then yelled at me saying they have no order for me and hung the phone up!! Very rude, unprofessional, and incompetent people working here! And did I mention, my 5 year old son has now been waiting to eat since we ordered the pizza? So we placed an order with a different company and now have to wait another 45 minutes to get it.

I dont know when Ill learn my lesson. Maybe now. Every time I order from this pizza hut location, my order is always messed up. You would think I would have learned my lesson, but for some reason I keep telling myself that theyll get it together. I placed an order for 2 types of wings, and long and behold when I get there only one is done. Apparently the female only made one type of wings and totally disregarded the other. They expected me to wait there while they made my order from scratch, and still pay for it. WTF. The whole staff are foreigners, while I have no problem with that, I think the problem is they cant read english. Every time I order something they supposedly didnt see this or that. I think they dont know how to read. In any case Im done with this location. Call me when youve fired the whole staff and rehired some competent employees.

Unbelievable I waited FOUR hrs for a pizza from Pizza Hut that never showed up, in the end I was so fed up that I ordered from Dominoes without cancelling pizza hut and Dominoes was there within 10 min. and Pizza Hut was never to be seen from, top it all off I didnt cancel Pizza Hut til 30 min after I had dominoes and the guy tell me the delivery guy is on his way!!! To where???? Because it wasnt my home I was outside with my husband and newborn baby waiting, mind you my husband was still wearing his Military Uniform in a 80 degree weather outside expecting this Pizza to come in on time 4hrs later were hot! tired from a long day at work! and most of all HUNGRY!!! I usually dont write reviews to nothing but I was so upset on how I got treated its disturbing!!!

I just want to let ppl know that the actual pasta, wings or pizza have never been delivered under cooked or burned. which to me thats a bigger deal than anything said here.. so this review is so you know that from the customer pov the food has always been in expected shape for me. Yes, delivery might take a lil long sometimes, but i avoid it by just picking it up.Its always ready in 15 min. so simple! UDS udy 87. full of s. If muhamed was a cute female manager, you would probably just shut up and come back again. i think you have issues and your personal problems with your fellow indian dont help ppl who read this reviews.. advice. sign up online, order online, submit coupons online, but pick it up at the store.

People taking orders cant understand , let alone speak ENGLISH. Ask me the same questions over and over and then say WHAT ? What ? What ? They charged my credit card but when the delivery guy shows up he said they billed it as cash and I said hell no , you charged my card! He said no no no and put me on his cell phone to talk with the owner who of course cant speak English and I gave my card number again because I was told it wasnt billed, guess what ? I get my bank statement and sure enough they billed my card twice for one crappy tasting pizza. Now my bank is saying that Pizza Hut told them I placed an ON LINE ORDER and then called and asked for another order. Yeah , right

The food is fine most of the time, but in the past 6 months of order they have screwed up 4 orders. They were either incredibly late so the food arrived cold, or incomplete. Upon being incomplete, I was hung up on usually by the manager. My latest order, the same thing happened. The order was delivered incomplete. The manager hung up on me twice. Only threatening to charge back the food got the remainder of my order delivered, by a driver who complained to me about having to come back (And this was after I tipped him $10). By then the remainder of my order was cold. Order from the location father north up duke street.

Pizza is ok The crust was a bit burned. And i did carry out. The moment i arrived i saw a young man stepping out for a smoke. Little did i know he was an employee. I waited, then another man came in waiting too. He got impatient nd yelled out if anyone was going to help us. Then a woman came, she seemed upset, and then ringed up the guy first then me. Finally the other employee came in. I ordered breadsticks and didnt get any tomato sauce so i politely asked the girl, she gave me a smirk and then handed one to me. Really... pizza hut... have better employees if u want to keep business.

The worst Pizza Hut Ive been to. No one understands English, I had to repeat myself constantly and slowly. After repeating my cellphone number 10 times, we finally get to deciding what kind of pizza I wanted, still no dice. So I hung up and decided to order online, cant mess that up right? Wrong!! I ordered a simple Hawaiian pizza (online I reiterate) and they completely messed it up. They delivered it with alfredo sauce, jalapeños, some pineapples, and ham. Not only was my pizza wrong, but the presentation looked like someone threw up and put it in a box to go.

The store was dirty and disgusting, the man at the counter have no clue about customer service! Zero eye contact even when he was returning the cash! !! Not even thanks The pizza was the most horrible pizza I have ever eaten in my life, and box have oily stains..It is one horrible disgusting experience, Dont even want to get close to any pizza Hut product ever, I will make sure that I will leave my experience everytime I have a chance...

We placed a online order from this place waited 2 hours for our pizza then when i called to see where the pizza was i was hung up on they dont understand english then when yhr pizza did get here it was someone else order do not order from here it is a horrible place to order from if you are hungry... dominos will get our business from now on... thanks PIZZA HUT GREAT JOB
