We arrived for lunch on Monday following Mothers Day. My daughter and grandson thought it would be a great Mothers Day gift. We were the first people to arrive. We were met by a very nice lady who seated us and got us settled in for our meal. Our chef came out to prepare our meal. First of all he tells us we are to f###ing early. Then he starts singing Monday Monday Monday whatever whatever. Sounds crazy doesnt it. Other people start arriving. After meal is cooked he slings our food at us. Not even hitting plate. My grandson asked for teriyaki sauce. He begins to squirt it all over his plate. Other people were saying that he scared them. It was the worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant. He was extremely rude. This was one of our favorite places to eat. But because of the treatment we received we will not be back. On top of that the appearance of the restaurant has gone down considerably.

I have been going to this restaurant on and off for about a year now and its always the same experience.... as soon as you walk in its an older woman who is at the counter she pretends you are not there from anywhere between 10-15 minutes then finally she takes you to a table, and is always SUPER RUDE about your drinks I cant tell you how many times she has stuck her finger in my drink slamming it down in front of me. GROSS. Surprisingly she takes down orders for food correctly and then disappears, dont expect a refill on drinks either lol. The cooks are always nice, very quiet but nice, and my order has never been messed up..then comes time to pay, once again older woman at counter is RUDE pretends you arent there while you are standing in front of her to pay..finally you can pay and leave. Lol same experience 30+ times. The only reason i continue to go is the cheap prices.

Not the best Japanese Ive had, but the best in the Tri-Cities area. I would definitely order an extra amount of rice, cause I couldnt get near enough of the stuff. Their shrimp sauce is absolutely the best. They cook the shrimp right, and they cook their chicken just enough for it to be tender, juicy, yet fully cooked. It doesnt look like much from the outside. Hell, I was about ready to leave before they opened, but I am glad I waited and ate. You will be pleasantly surprised.

This restaurant is truly redefining what it means to craft the finest asian cuisine. There is no price that can be put on the incredible experience I had at this establishment. I can not even describe the care and effort every waiter and employee gave to me as their valued customer. This phenomenal young lad named Alex made my experience more than just a meal... it was an unforgettable memory. Bravo lads.

Probably the best Local restaurant in Bristol. The husband and wife that owns it are the ones who cook and serve the food. They are always very friendly. Especially the husband. They have the grills right at your table and he tries to put on a small show for you as hes cooking. He is a very good cook, probably been doing it for a lot of years. Theyre also very clean. Its a good place for a family

We have been going to Tokyo steakhouse for several years and have always enjoyed it. I went in tonight to get an order to go and asked that the mushrooms be put on the side and the rude older woman told me there would be an extra charge to do that. Really!!!! I just walked out after telling her how stupid this was. Think we will find another Japanese restaurant to go to.

Our guy cooking the food has a cross tattooed on his arm with the word "Jesus". He also has two crucifix pins on his smock. I tried to talk to him and he blew us off. He might try and figure out that Christians are supposed to be friendly. He literally smiled and went back to scowling. Im not asking for the guy to dance, but maybe a hello?

This place is a disgrace. I wouldnt feed my dead dog the food at this place. Everyone who works there speaks ching chang. The menus are unreadable with their regg rolls and rushi. They didnt even let me smoke my cigarettes inside! I give this place a nothing out of 1000. I wouldnt recommend mend this establishment to my worst enemy.

A very rude and a dirty place. Go to exit 7 Japanese restaurant if you want good service and a clean place to eat. This place has went down hill like never before over the past few years.
