Party of 4 including 2 kids. Chicken was ok, filet was ok, scallops slightly better than the rest. The salmon, disgusting, I can eat anything even some of the nastiest foods on the planet but I couldnt finish the salmon. Tasted like it was fresh out of the fish tank it was living in for a few years. Prices to high for the poor quality and the service was poor. Had to order an appetizer to make sure we didnt starve to death. The chef who cooked did great I dont think it was his skill that was the problem. It was the quality of food he had to deal with. No amount of soy, butter, garlic, and oil could cover it up.

Disappointing. This place is a little more expensive than others, but is usually worth it. This past weekend the group I was with requested a particular chef and not only did not get him, but was given a person Im guessing was a new guy. He barely did any of the tricks or jokes, and had trouble understanding anything we asked. He cooked are food in the wrong order and even though he asked how we wanted our steak, he cooked it all the same. The food was OK, but a big part of getting hibachi is for the experience of it and ours was lacking.

We walked out! We came in, super excited for date night. We had to wait for the guys up front to finish their conversation to seat us. Fine. Whatever. But then they seat us and after 13 minutes, still no one! No one to get drinks... their open sign was not even on... a server finally comes out and when we say we have been there almost 15min, she says to wait another minute! We could have been eating by now and instead we left. I am a restaurant operator for a living, we tip great, and now you have lost our business!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They over charged my card by 20 dollars and refused to reimburse. The westlake police finally came and they were forced to give the money back after 1 hour of problems. The food was okay, just over priced. I will never be going there again. They also said "it happens to every card we use.. the bank is charging a fee to swipe".. but the exact amount over charged was a 20% tip. Thumbs Way Down.

Anyone who said they have had good service here is not a real person. Ive been here twice and ordered carryout twice. My waiters disappear and take a half hour to get water, the hibachi griller has somehow gotten lost and taken an hour to start grilling, and he didnt do tricks or anything entertaining. On the other hand the food is not bad, but expect to be waiting for it far longer than you should.

Literally the worst dining experience I have ever had. DO NOT COME HERE! Someone in the staff spilled soy sauce IN my purse, the waitress DID NOT CARE, I wasnt offered napkins, help, or even an apology?! She never came to check and see if me or my belongings we ok. I spent the ENTIRE time the chef was cooking emptying and cleaning my purse. Didnt get to see the onion volcano.

Shockingly good sushi, given the strip mall location. I was shocked the first time I came in to find a very clean, tidy, and higher end restaurant than I ever expected. The sushi is good - I dont think Ive ever had a roll that I didnt like. The prices reflect the quality, which is to say its no bargain but it isnt outrageous. Try the seaweed salad to start! My favorite.

I absolutely love everything about the place! The atmosphere, the people, and the hibachi chefs are funny and did things Id never seen before and were incredibly funny! They did the best to make this the most enjoyable hibachi experience possible and its definitely the best hibachi place Ive ever been to especially in Cleveland! Beat Tomo hands down!

Weve dined here several times and request Matt each time. Even when weve missed him, service has been attentive. Chef sushi choices are good and vary well. Rolls are priced fair and sized nicely, not too small and not too large. Well continue to visit here for lunch or dinner. Gave 4-stars only because I dont give 5s too often.

I have to say that the food here is just wonderful. I havent had the pleasure to eat here for a full year, but I can attest that the food was wonderful. The sushi is a great variety, and the food tastes succulent. A great place to eat at for sure. Check it out.

Awesome place, Awesome food and a great experience. I highly recommend this place if you want to get away from the mundane chain restaurant experience. They also have a hibachi grill which is a great experience.

In town for the weekend, overall a great experience. Food was great had steak and chicken hibachi. Cook was great very entertaining. Great atmosphere. Fumes were a bit overwhelming, but again it was good.
