Its 6pm and raining. Not terribly busy in this 24 hr Starbucks. In the bathroom there was no toilet paper, just a stack of Starbucks eco friendly (but not so chocha friendly) napkins. And the soap dispenser was empty. Ugh, I couldnt wait to touch the door handle to get out of the bathroom. I let someone know immediately, she thanked me and went back to making coffee. Hm. We ordered a medium coffee and iced chai latte and a small ice water. David let us know to pick up everything over there *pointing to my left* and cream and sugar are there *points behind us* The c&s station was covered in trash, all of the half and half containers were empty and there were no napkins (maybe we were suppose to get them from the bathroom?). We let David know the issues with the station and someone was sent over immediately. When they called iced chai latte I went over to find "Jen" (obviously not my name) written on my cup. I laughed and asked Dana for a cup of ice water again. As a starbucks junkie, Ill be happy to return to MD where a stores cleanliness is equally as important as its coffee.

I thought the Starbucks at the International Mall in Tampa was bad. This ones worse. I waited 20 minutes and my drink is horrible. Theres a male barista with a pony-tail, walking around like he didnt know what he was doing. A female barista finally came out of the back of the store to help, not that it did much good. The management doesnt make drinks in the order in which they are taken and while I waited, there were, not one, but two persons whose orders were totally ignored. If you take into consideration all the problems Starbucks is experiencing, of late, one can only come to the ineluctable conclusion that Starbucks has a disdain for their clientele which borders on hatred.

I left my wallet deep in downtown tampa and made it to the Starbucks in thonotosassa and realized I didnt have my wallet with my money in it. Thank the good Lord above somebody found it and I returned to the Starbucks after 2 long drives and everybody was so nice and happy for me and they even remembered my double shot expresso. I just wanted to say thank you to everybody who was involved in this and how blessed I feel. Also how there still is good people in this world including the whole staff at Starbucks who were so happy for me. FOR BLESS EVERYONE THAT IS A GOOD PERSON AND DOES THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE SOMEBODY SOOOO HAPPY. John Manganello

I ordered a tall latte. Waited for my order for 10 minutes. It never came. A lady puts a drink on the counter and says "grande latte". I look at my receipt and the girl charged me for a grande latte. My drink along with 3 others were sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. Im guessing they messed up other peoples orders as well. Another time I went there the whipped cream on my frappucino was just cream. It wasnt whipped. It was just cream on top. They told me "sorry we ran out of whipped cream". Doesnt matter I still paid for it. I would rate 1 star, but despite the incompetence of the staff, they are friendly.

Have worked with this company for over 4 years, started as a barista and moved up transferring to multiple stores due to love for the job and culture. Days can be super stressful and everyone has been off their game once or twice. But never have a dealt with such a rude manager. Blatantly ignoring standards and treating baristas so beneath her when they try to uphold what they were originally taught. Then making it seem like she doesnt have blame for how horrible the interactions end. I feel bad for her crew if shes often like this. These 2 stars are for them and their hard work!

Poor customer service at this location on a Friday evening at 5pm. Spent 15 min waiting for my beverage while watching multiple beverages leave the barista area to people whom arrived after myself. If there were an issue with a missing item or problems with the espresso maker, then communication with me when I asked for my drink would have been helpful. Following the completion of my beverage, it sat behind the counter for 3 min waiting for another barista to call my name and hand it to me. Super disappointed in the lack of the typical Starbucks customer service.

Parents had a spilled coffee at the window and the girl completely ignored their requests for napkins while their legs were burning. When she finally listened she said she had to take other orders and was just doing her job. The only saving grace wss the manager and her reaction. She realized how messed up her window girl was and had us pull around brought us rags and water to clean up as well as a voucher for any drink on the menu. Thats how you handle problems. Three stars since they dont train their employees to react properly in the first place.

Excelente café, buena atención, sándwiches varios y algo dulce para acompañar el café. Lo negativo : pocas mesas y TODAS ocupadas por gente con sus laptops conectados WiFi. Quedan dos banquetas y una mini barra para disfrutar del café.

This Starbucks tends to be the "pit stop" for my fiance and myself when we are heading to Walt Disney World or visiting friends in Orlando. I like the fact that this one is directly off the interstate. Meaning youre not driving a distance to find it. Literally, it is right next to the Wawa. My only complaint is, this Starbucks tends to get busy because of its location. Other than that, its a roomy and the staff is always friendly.

Not my normal Starbucks, since Im from MD, but they did the brand proud and kept up to the standard of Starbucks, which I have to say, is almost always held high. No matter where I go, it seems like the Starbucks is always good (almost always, if anything there can be a random bad barista, but its very rare...). Starbucks is doing something right to have such a consistently high level of service across their many many locations.

Coffee was great as most times in a Starbucks. There was a woman in front of us and complaining to the manager of how she was ripped off (she wasnt ripped off, a mistake had happened) the manager dealt with her professionally and after 5 minutes of beratement professionally stood up for her employee. The woman was refunded but she kept going and going on and on. Handled very well by the staff

Love long waits? Enjoy inattentive baristas? Appreciate the sense that you matter less than the peasants in the drive-thru window? Then come on down to the worst Starbucks I have experienced in Central Florida. I once was a barista several years ago, and I can say with authority that 10mins waiting for a simple iced tea is unacceptable, especially when you are the only order waiting!

The store itself was fine. However, my drink waited at the drive-thru for 15 minutes before I asked what was going on with it. They had made it, assumed it was for drive thru, and then, when it wasnt, left it sitting on the counter. I got a very expensive, cold (should have been hot) flat-white with dead extra shots. Probably not going back to this Starbucks.
