I think theyre still trying to figure it out. I live within a mile of Cool Beans and I want to like it. However, two visits later Im skeptical that this will be the local hangout I was hopeful for. Whats good? Its got the looks. Location, concept, style, and menu are on point. I walk into Cool Beans and think "oh yeah...I can see me hanging here multiple times a week." Whats wrong? Execution. The baristas are slow, and not just compared to more established coffee house chains that have latte production tuned to Henry Ford standards. Order a latte here with six other customers in the place, and you can expect to be waiting a good 10 minutes for it. And theyre not particularly aware. On my first visit, my large latte to go was brought to me in a ceramic mug, then poured into a to-go cup, and then remade because it was a small not a large like I ordered. On my second visit, my large latte for here was brought in a to-go cup (maybe thats how theyre doing it now) and my muffin was brought to me only after I reminded the server that Id ordered one--and it was brought cold without even an offer to warm it up. And all of that would be forgivable if the staff werent standing behind the counter looking like theyre waiting for someone to tell them what to do when they could be wiping down the two dirty tables on either side of me. I cant help but feel like two well-trained and motivated people could do a better job than the four people that seem to be trying to work out what happens next. Bottom line: the window to get the process figured out and start delivering on the potential is closing. Soon Cool Beans will be another good-looking business to fail in this location.

This establishment lacks experienced workers. Every single time I visit the coffee shop there is nothing but a bunch of underage children who never know how to get any orders correct. The children do not look like they have ever had a job before and lack training on how to make half of the items on the menu. There does not seem to be any organization when it comes to how this establishment is being ran. Whoever the owner is really thinks they can get away with hiring a bunch of 16 year olds to run a business. Definitely not pleased and will not be visiting back until there are actual workers who can make a decent cup of coffee or can at least pour my husband a beer, legally.

I love the coffee and the atmosphere. From morning to noon and into the evening, Cool Beans has something for everyone. Looking for a light breakfast option or small plates, they have that too. Want entertainment, they have a regular line up on the weekends. The best way to follow what is going on at Cool Beans is their Facebook page. One of the reasons I moved to Fishhawk Ranch was the walkable neighborhood with shops nearby, I am glad to have this great local coffee shop so close to home. Park Square is coming back with lots of businesses and Cool Beans is a center piece of this revitalization.

I love this place. 15.00 dollar mimosas all you can drink from 11am to 1pm on weekends with open entertainment. The owners are super awesome. The staff is great. Fresh everything best coffee!. This business is family-friendly event and activities, live music on weekends, family oriented. The food and atmosphere is laid back and welcoming. You will get your monies worth with this business. A great addition to Fishhawk. A favourite of hang out of the Jackson Twins!!!.

What a great addition to our community! Great place to have coffee and a breakfast sandwich and just is wonderful is to stop by in the evening for live music and wonderful flatbread. It does feel like "everybody knows your name." Smoothies are wonderful, gelato is delicious, and the sangria is perfect. We love this place. Shout out to Kyle Finken -- he loves to work there and it shows.

Finally a "cool" place in FishHawks Park Square for kids and parents. High-end coffee, a great atmosphere, live entertainment, cold beer and wine. Does it get any better? The food looked great as well - but I didnt have any. I hope to make it here weekly! Even if its just so I can get some work done ;) Keep up the good work, Im glad to see you in town!

FInally got their menus up and running and its such an amazing new place! Pastries, gelato, beer, wine, coffee, smoothies, food!!! EVERYTHING! Try the charcuterie! So yummy and cheap! Everything they make tastes so fresh and delectable! YAY

Im amazed at how nice it looks inside. Coffee was great, and its a nice place to just sit and relax in, or do some work over complimentary wifi. Also had the egg white and turkey sausage breakfast sandwich, and it was good!

Great local place. Awesome coffee! We came on a Thursday night and they had a singer, place was busy but not overcrowded. Really enjoyed it. (Edit 2 months later... Still great. Really great service.)

Great coffee! Yummy treats! Super awesome atmosphere! Loved taking my 2 year old and 9 month old! Right next to splash pad which makes it the perfect hang out spot for my whole fam! Love it!

The coffee is excellent. I had the macchiato but cant wait to try the rest of their offerings--gelato, sweets, Coca-Cola Freestyle! What a great place. Very well thought out and executed.
