I have eaten at this place for many years and services has changed or waitresses are simply tired of work or busy so sometimes I get OK to good service and most time not good service as I would eat by myself or with another person. One waitress who speaks English well and has tattoo on her wrist, she would always lie about items like mixed grain rice that is available but said restaurant doesnt serve it anymore.lol also, why dont they allow take out for lunch special? When I ordered lunch special and one other food and could not finish both, so eventually I was able to take it to go?! Lastly, sometimes they will serve you as nice fried egg and other times not because they forgot or dont care. I love to eat fried egg while I wait to get my food. I asked one time and finally realized they did not even care I was there to eat as well, not even water at one time. Disappointed of services these days but easy to just get as Korean lunch and OK taste too that might be why many old folks go there rather than young people

The marinated duck bulgogi was ok, even when properly seared it wasnt too flavorful. The grilled mackerel was fantastic. Noodle Soup with clams was pretty subtle almost falling in the blend side. The Rice pot with vegetables and beef was pretty decent. Ill have to give it a try again. The place looks clean, the restrooms too, the attention was pretty friendly and quick. Id go again to try that fish.

The KBBQ here is fantastic. Unlike most places, they actually cook most of the meat in the kitchen and then bring it to the table cooked, but then place it on a pan with a bed of onions with a fire underneath it. This will keep the meat warm and the onions will eventually caramelize. The "joo mool uk" and the "mot na nee dwaeji galbi" are the bomb!!!! Also, dont forget to order the beer and soju.

Annangol offers more authentic Korean foods than other more well-known Korean bbq places in Annandale. Though some may prefer pre-cooked meat (to avoid heat and smell), Id rather have the bbq cooked on the table. I like that they dont charge extra for steamed egg though.

The reviews are on point. Meats are a great flavor, nice full menu, and no fuss dealing with the cooking. Food comes out pretty quickly. I just wish they wouldnt bring all the food at once.

This restaurant has great service, and the food is absolutely incredible. Even my picky mom was able to stuff it in. Would definitely come here whenever I get the chance.

Food is nicely cooked in the back but then placed on these flat skillets at your table that are very poorly heated via gel flames. Good service. Nice people.

The meat is always good, but the service is always slow and inattentive. Definitely recommend the wang galbi and jumuluk.

You wont have taste of traditional korean dishes unless youve tried
