Im so glad that my bestie brought me here! First, the service was wonderful. Everyone here was genuinely friendly. They were welcoming, but they didnt hover...great service. Secondly, the food was great. I had the fried chicken dumplings (I cant remember the Korean name), and a side of kim chi. My friend had the sweet and spicy shrimp, and then her boyfriend had the beef rolls (I will be more observant of the correct names when I go next time...and there WILL be a next time). We all shared. I loved it all. It had been so long since I had kim chi, and had been really looking forward to it. They didnt disappoint. I practically lived at fourth street diner in the nineties, and Im really happy that there is finally something in that location that I love. I cant wait to go back. The only thing I wasnt over-the-moon about was the mango bubble tea, but its been a long time since Ive had it, and was possibly not remembering it very well. Overall I recommend everyone check this place out!

When I was a VCU student I used to eat at Mamas Kitchen when I was feeling homesick. Theres nothing like home cooked Korean food! K Town is even better than Mamas Kitchen (still the same couple cooking in the back) and is some of the most delicious and authentic Korean food in Richmond. The price is great and the service is friendly and quick. If you are not familiar with Korean food the servers can walk you through the dishes. If you are familiar you will be thrilled with the expanded menu and home cooked favorites.

Their Galbee is excellent, so tender and nicely marinated, only downside is that its pretty expensive and the portion size isnt too big. I also enjoyed eating the bibimbap - but the one in the hot claystone pot, the sizzling added extra crispiness on the rice. I love that they give all the banchan along with complimentary tofu soup and rice. I was kind of sad that we didnt get free seafood pancake like others said but ended up ordering it anyways and it was tasty!

First time in this wonderful place! 1st- server, young beautiful lady, my God! The way she did her job, wonderful! I didnt feel that its my first time... love the service !! 2nd- place is excellent! Nice spot for first time date! 3rd- food, is great and tastes really good)) Will stop by often with friends next time for healthy dinner!

Richmond has had a pretty big bloom in Asian restaurants in recent years. However K Town stands in the upper echelon of these restaurants. Good prices. Best pork katsu in the city. Also has a really great late night menu on the weekends.

Delicious. Had sweet and spicy shrimp and someone at our table had the Ramen with cheese. Sounds strange but so creamy and good! The gentleman who served us was truly happy and kind. Would go again!

Great eats served up fast! Sweet n spicy shrimp was completely shelled, crispy batter, covered in a tangy sweet sauce with a fiery bite. Happy Hour from 3 to 7pm. Makkegoli wow!

My go-to is the spicy ramen with added tofu. So good! The Kimbap and stone bowl bibimbap are also quite good. Super friendly staff. All around great spot.
