Like pretty much everybody, I love this place! My only(so minor) complaint is that having the menu up on the wall can be a bit overwhelming. Although I knew I wanted the burger from the start, my boyfriend and I both felt that we would have like a print menu to really scrutinize before we ordered. Otherwise, we both got the farm burger, a double patty cooked medium with lettuce, cheese, and a ketchup-mayo sauce. So simple, so filling, so delicious. The burger was incredibly juicy, and the toppings were just right. You can really taste the local, farm-fresh elements in this burger. In addition, although I am usually not one for French fries, these fries have a certain truffle-y aspect that makes them addictive and I can honestly say that I ate every last one! I love this place, 30 minutes away from Dartmouth and 100% worth the (totally scenic) drive up!

Be aware that this is not a typical restaurant, really its a grill with a hostess to help you find a table. No servers or food runners. This isnt an issue except for the fact that the prices for food here are on the high side ($15-30 entrees), and you are still expected to tip despite no service except having your order punched into a computer and maybe shown a table. The food is ok. I liked the brisket but was the only one in my party who really liked their food. Everyone else felt the food was 6/10. Id be fine with this if this was your typical $6 burger grill, but seeing the cost it left a lot to be desired. If youre gonna run a restaurant with this price range and this type of service, its critical that the food is near legendary. WK falls short of this.

Good beer selection and hearty food. This is a sit down place but really more of a cafeteria layout. You order from a line and pick up at a window. If you want restaurant prices without the service check it out. Maybe if I was 10 years younger I would like loud busy atmosphere more. I really like Worthy Burger (there other place) and it is a similar setup but without the chaos (went of on a sat. in April). They have five hosts that reserve your table while you wait in line which for us was 20 minutes. It seemed silly to stand in line when we had an empty table waiting for us. Instead of the chalk board menu they could put the items on a piece of paper and then you could order off it while you sit at the table but thats been done before.

We got the buttermilk Chicken last night and really enjoyed it. The portions were huge. If i were to do it over, i would ask that they fried the chicken a little lighter (ours was a little too fried). Other than that, it was a really good experiuence and we were pleasantly surprised. 2 Buttermilk Fried Chicken, glass of Pinot and one local soda = $52. It was a little pricey. However, Ive paid a similar price and left feeling like i couldve done better MANY TIMES at highly rated restaurants all over New England. This was not the case here. You will pay a little more than average, but you will get great "farm to Table" food GUARANTEED. Also: the price you pay is keeping the local farmers in business :)

Food was mediocre, burger was the best item at our table (but overcooked and not so good), and the veggie burger was awful and the white beans were rock-like. Fries were OK. Service was well beyond rude - mean-spirited female waitstaff making sarcastic comments to our group, mocking food orders that reflected food allergies/intolerances, generally seeming put out by our presence - without the slightest provocation on our part. The (male) greeter was entirely kind and friendly, which deserves mention under the circumstances. I would never return to this place, and although I cant remember ever writing a purely negative review before, this experience fully merited one.

Delicious! This place is it! Theyve got it! The staff, the food, the beer, the ambience. We had never been here and didnt quite understand how it worked. You get seated, go in line to order your food and drink. They give you a buzzer and you pick up with food when its ready. The locals were so friendly and offered us a seat next to them. They also provided us with their recommendations (brisket melt or fried chicken sandwhich) and they did not steer us wrong! The bartenders were great, the restaurant had a line our the door, but they still took their time with us and checked on us non stop. If you are questioning this place, dont! Just go!!!

The Worthy Kitchen is easily one of, if not the best restaurant in the greater Woodstock area. Having been there more than a dozen times, Ive never been disappointed in the food or drink, and have always had a great experience with the staff. The locally sourced menu changes fairly frequently, as does the outstanding selection of local and hard-to-find beers. There are no reservations, and the restaurant is often packed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Brunch on Saturday and Sunday is often quieter, and just as delicious.

Food was really good. Had the brisket melt and wife had southern chicken. Great portions, the chicken could have been for two people. Pricing is high and you have to go up and order your food (15 to 20 minutes), go up and get your food when ready, have to go up and wait in line again for another 10 minutes to get more drinks. Waiting staff walking around only to clean off table after you leave. No tip required since you do all the work.

Love Worthy Burger. Worthy Kitchen was very good, but the wings were dry and the ceasar salad was not impressive. The dining room staff were amazing, the person taking drink order could not be bothered to answer Qs on what IPAs were on tap (and I know my IPAs - I was just looking for a tiny bit of help).. Having said that, burgers and fries were amazing! I just prefer Worthy Burger - a little less pretentious.

Food is good, there are options for veggies, the portions are plenty, and although it isnt exactly cheap prices arent too outrageous. The place is rather crowded and noisy though, you might even have to wait a short time for a free table. You have to get your food and drinks yourself instead of staff bringing them to your table, which gives the place kind of a unique theme.

Not for everyone, my side of potato salad was full of under cooked potatoes, the brisket was chewy but flavors were great. You cant just get a hamburger, everything is as-is on the menu board. Staff were nice but not helpful. Seems more like a NY City attitude bristro than a Vermont restaurant. No tomatoes for our burger cause there not in season???? I asked......

Good beer selection. Delightful staff. Food was truly delicious. Not a huge selection, but I still had trouble picking. Had the fried chicken and it was perfect. Not a bony piece so no mess. Only negative, a bit on the pricy side I felt, not to an extreme sense, but still $6 a basic lager. Admitally craft beers, but I expected cheaper up here.

Good fresh food. Great beer selection. Kind of funky Brooklyn hipster kind of feel. One of the cashiers had that snobby Brooklyn attitude to go along with it (with another customer not me) but didnt take much away from the experience). The forced 15% or more tip is annoying since its self serve but food is pretty good so its all good
