I really enjoy the sushi here. I like to get the lobster salad roll. But,the main draw for me is that they have gluten free soy sauce, and can make their rice gluten free as well. Just ask. They are also very nice people, and Ive always had good service. I even mentioned I was allergic to cucumbers and they took the dish and brought it back without them without me having to ask. (I wasnt aware there were any in the dish from the beginning.) Plus, its affordable. I recommend.

This is one of my favorite places to grab lunch in Chittenden county. The sushi is great, as good as anything else locally, the service and wait times are also good. The place usually isnt crowded (a bit of a hidden gem actually) and that means food comes out quickly, a big help when you are trying to keep your lunch hour to just that. Highly recommend the HANA roll, and their other special rolls are fantastic as well. The $10 lunch box is great in a pinch as well.

3 stars so far, based on various appetizers ordered. Shumai was great, a much more complex sauce than Ive ever had before. Tempura is spot on. Yakitori... Having lived in Japan Im accustomed to it being made a totally different way, a mix of white and dark meat, obvious char from grilling and a mire sticky sauce. This wasnt appealing to me. 2 out of 3 aint bad, Ill definitely try them again and update.

Hana has the best sushi Ive tried in the Burlington area at a great price! Ive been there at least six times with my girlfriend and its our favorite place to go. The service is always great; everyone who works there is nice, polite, and attentive and you never have to wait too long for your meal to be ready. Weve tried several different specialty sushi rolls and have yet to find one we dont like.

Ordered online twice so far. It was ready when I got there. Everything seemed fresh and delicious and amazing. Seems (a little) less pricey than Kotos or Asiana House. Had to order extra wasabi (not enough), but it was so strong one sniff actually teared me, which was a nice surprise. The special was killer!

the food here was very good. sushi had a clean, fresh taste. my daughter had hibachi beef with noodles, my son had chicken teriyaki box. i had sushi sashimi combination. the miso soup was perfect. i think the price for was about right for what we ordered. kid friendly menu for sure. we will return another day.

Whos good dining experience, food was well prepared and looked good. Very good sushi the actual fish to rice ratio was amazing a lot more fish stuffed on the inside. The crab rangoon were very very good nicely stuffed. The overall amount of food was extremely filling. overall really good dinning experience.

I love HANA. I was turned onto it from a local friend, and have ways returned whenever possible. The staff is very friendly, house specials are executed perfectly, Im always pleasantly surprised how full I am, and the quality of fresh product is excellent. Thanks as always guys. Would recommend 10/10

Best Sushi in Vermont! New menu is a hit! Cocktails are delicious! Kitchen food is quickly prepared and spectacular! Service is speedy but friendly! Definitely worth going to at least twice, so you can indulge in the various items on the menu!

Great presentation of quality meat, fresh from direct supplier. Chef will even slice ole dice your fresh catch if you ask. Fresh local ginger, none of that fake pink stuff here. Ballin on a budget, great place to take your girl for a good time!

If you dont mind missing the hibachi grill show at Koto then this place is awesome. Very quick and courteous service. Just a little pricey, but what good Japanese restaurant isnt. All around a must visit. I will be returning in the future.

A delicious restaurant with a great selection of both food and drinks. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is quiet. Definitely recommend to come here for lunch as the specials are very fairly priced and big portioned.

Supposedly a habachi restaurant, but without any real habachi. They serve a wide variety of sushi and bento, but none of it was done particularly well. Not bad, but not worth going out of your way for.

Best fried rice Ive ever had! Would eat bowls and bowls and bowls of it. Delicious. The steak and chicken in the Hibachi combo were great as well. Be sure to get the salmon tempura... so good! :)
