Great Service and Food. I was in my 2nd trimester being prego so you can imagine my energy/tollerance level. I noticed a customer with my same first name as mine pick up her order confused. In the back of my mind I thought "does she have my order" but I didnt say anything because I clearly thought shed say something if it wasnt her order. Thirty-forty minutes go by and I noticed customers that place their order after mine were long gone. I rose and asked what was taking so long and they gave me "Silvias" order, it was not mine, it was less food than what I had ordered. The manager noticed that Id been there a long time too. They found an order for "Silvia" but it wasnt my order. They gave my order to someone else. The manager gave me a free drink, a $10 gift card and free lettuce wraps gift card. When I returned a few days later to use my gift cards,they remembered me and appologized again and gave me a free drink.

This Pei Wei is filthy. First, I went to the mens bathroom and it was very dirty and probably hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Then when we ordered, the cashier didnt place our food order, just drinks. The server came to us to ask us if we wanted a food order. As we were eating, a roach crawled up on top our table. There were dirty fingerprints on the seats and window sills, floors were dirty, place needs a good scrubbing!!!

The staff was awful and you could tell none of them wanted to be there. They also managed to screw up 3 of the 4 things we ordered and made the 4th so bad, we had to send it back. The food was fresh but couldnt wait to leave and never come back. The Pad Thai was awful; mushy and greasy with no flavor. The spicy tuna roll was actually a regular tuna roll with a blob of disgusting spicy mayo next to it on the plate.

Great place to eat and tasty food. The only drawback is that the restaurant is a bit small and during busy hours its hard to find a place to sit. There is only one flavor drink dispenser so it can get a little crowded at the dispensing area. But they also have two flavors of tea as well as a separate ice dispenser. Food taste varies depending who is doing the cooking that day but lately it has been quite tasty.

AMAZING FOOD!!!!! Nice atmosphere nice staff. Ive eaten at PF changs and this is by far BETTER, CHEAPER, AND BIGGER quantities HIGHLY recommend. It was $8 for a meal so a couple bucks more than panda but much better and also made to order so it's hot and fresh :) I will never eat panda again after today!! not where there is a pei Wei :)

The food is good, but the service is another story. The young person taking the order had an attitude. And when the order was ready is was the wrong one. I was given no apologies. The manager witnessed it but didnt do a thing. Definitely a lot of room for service improvement.

I can see why theyre sister companies with P.F Changs, the food is fantastic. My personal favorite is the teriyaki chicken. Its the best gourmet Chinese food, much better quality than panda express. Good selection of drinks with the coke freestyle too.

Typically the food is good. Today my order was meh. The egg rolls were burnt (I loaded a photo) and super greasy. This makes me think that they were left over and retried. Just took a bite of the chicken teriyaki and it is also over cooked.

My kids love it here. This is there favorite place to eat. They always want to eat here. The only complaint I have is that I wish the people who bring out the food would be friendlier and not look like they dont even want to be there.

Was never one for Asian food however the pad Thai won me over. The restraint is extremely tiny and the front desk servers are rude. My recommendation is to order for take out because if you eat there you will find your appetite lost.

My kids love pei Wei as much as my wife and I do. Theyll customize orders to make them vegan and allergy safe. My kids would say the high tech soda machine is their favorite. Literally hundreds of combinations are possible.

Very disappointed on tonights service, did an online order and it said my order was going to be ready at 8pm then i get a call 5 mins before pick up time to tell me they were out of shrimp...not a good service at all..!

Love it! Good food, good customer service. 2 adult meals with 2 drinks and 1 kids meal for under $30. Not the cheapest, but it will satisfy my craving for P.F. Changs for much less money! Great atmosphere as well.

Food was good, not great but very good. I thought prices were a bit of high side for a casual restaurant. Staff were not as friendly as I would hope for, but to their credit, it was busy and they were efficient.

I was invited for lunch at Pei Wei. I shouldnt have went because after seeing the decor, tasting the food, and experiencing the customer service, I dont think Ill return to Panda Express any time soon.

Busy during lunch so I always call my order in ahead of time. Sign up for loyalty program it pays off quickly. Do the survey on the end of your receipt and get a free cookie on your next trip.

Way better then Panda Express, everything is made fresh, not sitting in warming trays and under heat lamps. They have the new coke machine so you can choose different flavors for your drinks.

Normally this place is pretty good. Today I came in for a bowl of wonton soup and for $7.05 I get 4 wontons in a bowl of broth. Normally theres a lot more wontons than that
