I like the grilled chicken burritos, always tasty. I DISLIKE their recommendations. I know that they want to push a product, and get me to buy more, and Im sure that they want me to order quickly, perhaps management thinks those are valid reasons to explain the daily special and try to sell "fries with that" but I know what I want when I show up. So heres what I do, when the drive up order-taker tries to upsell, I kill some time, doing my best impersonation of indecision, deliberately slowing down the drive through line. Unfortunately, I cant just express my frustrations, after all, they are making my food. But I can express my feelings here. AND, I echo the complaints of others, about half the time, they forget to include the hot sauce.

The food is fine... but somehow the workers there have the complete inability to understand the difference between Medium and Mild sauce. Every time I go I ask for a "lot of Medium Sauce" instead every time I get a minimal amount of Mild sauce. What the heck is that? Last time I went inside and ordered to go. Then took an half paper bag full of medium and hot sauce. Now I wont need to rely on them to give me any sauces.

It seemed like they had someone making food who had no training at all, my burrito was stacked horizontally instead of vertically so every bit was just one item instead of a combo bite. Had nachos with the cheese on the side, the side was the size of a small 1 inch cup. Ordered poppers and the oil they were fried in was dirty so they had a nasty aftertaste. Overall poor experience.

Im not much for fast food, but Del Taco is an occasional exception. Pulled into Utah really late, needed to grab a quick bite near my hotel and they were open and relatively easy to get to. 3 tacos for $1 on Tuesday? Sold! Plus I love their inferno sauce, so thats a win right there. To top it off, it was really clean and the employees were super friendly.

This location is not exempt from giving their cold, nasty fries to the person in the drive through that will most likely be at the light before realizing they were given the shaft. Sometimes it isnt possible to turn around. I am guessing they bank on this, however it is unacceptable. NOT a happy camper.

Will never go here again and if I could give a negative rating I would. The people are rude and can not seem to get an order correct. When brought to their attention that they messed up the order they tried to charge me again to correct it. I warned all my friends about this place.

I would normally never give 5 stars. But I work close and ordered my lunch in the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window I realized I didnt have my wallet. They without flinching said pay them next time. Kudos. I will be back to pay for 2 meal happily.

Went through the drive thru ordered two combo meals and drove home to find that they had forgotten one of the meals fries tried calling their phone to talk to them and the phone rang and rang no answer thanks for nothing del taco great customer service!

I decided to try it, as everybody told me this place was the bomb. I ordered my meal and specifically asked for no sauce or dressing. They got my meal to me pretty quickly, but sure enough, they doused it with dressing. No thanks Del taco, no thanks.

I felt disgusted seeing an employer who is serving the food & WAS ON HER PHONE . i feel like this is wrong and shes didnt even wash her hands after!! Never again will i come and buy food here they are not clean and no one is supervising.

Went in and just ordered 4 bean and cheese burritos with red sauce. Somehow they messed that up and which I get but all my food was ice cold. Not even close to being warm, I got home and had 2 burritos, a hard shell and soft shell taco.

Never eaten at a Dell Taco before until today. Food was pretty good for a fast food restaurant. It was presented well and quickly. Prices werent bad eather. For what you pay and what you get, it was definitely not a bad value.

Awful experience. I got a combo meal with coke. Somehow got charged extra on a drink. Asked for no sauce in the burrito, but there was sauce. Asked for 5 mild sauces got 3 hot. No straw in my bag and no fries.

Ive never been inside the Del Taco. Usually the drive through is fast and efficient. Today, I came in and the floors werent swept and the tables were all dirty. The food is always good! So thats a plus!

Food was ok. Children ran free, loud and bare footed all through the restaurant screaming as loud as they could! Management refused to ask or even try to reign them in. Wont return!
