The staff is very friendly, the manager (lady with green in her hair) seemed a bit stressed but still came out to us smiling and came to take out tray as I was walking it to the trash. She was very sweet to us and the other customers. The only issue we had was there were a good amount of flies in the restaurant, making it kind of annoying trying to eat and swat flies at the same time. This was the only time Ive noticed flies (or any bugs) in this restaurant as its always clean and well managed. Keep it up! :) overall very happy with this location.

CLOSES AT 10:00! Website is wrong bc Its a small location, obviously. The managers work very hard with the newer people and making sure everything is in good shape. Drive thru can get busy and no one is perfect so inconvient things may happen. Just like in life, if you treat someone with a lot of attitude or if your harsh, youll get the same treatment no matter where you are, so no matter how hard your day is dont put it on someone else.

The girl was mumbling and couldnt hear us at the window. She never asked us what drinks we wanted with our combo and asked us to pull forward to hear us. We pull to the window and I see a high school girl with 5 hickeys on her neck playing with hear tongue ring with a huge bottle of mouthwash on the coumter. She got the sizes of our shakes wrong, and we didnt get our drinks. Cool.learn to hire better employees.

When ever I come to this location it takes forever to get your Shake or even food. I went inside one time and they are disorganized. They dont apologize or anything. Never been greeted with a smile. This location needs a manager to come in and re-train. Get a secret shopper. ... its just a horrible experience. I wish I lived closer to the one on about 4100 S and about 40th west.

We visited tonight with our kids and as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Kate. She high fived my kids and sincerely welcomed all of us. My youngest gave her a hug and she got a little emotional and told us she loves her job because she loves feeling needed. She was a sweetheart and made my night. Yummy ice cream too.

The Cashier Tia Was Awsome... Her Customer Service Was Great. She Made Sure We Was All taken Care Of And Payed Extra Attention To My Daughter Giving My Daughter N Us A Great Experience my daughter left with a smile n saying I Really Like this arctic circle .Tia is very nice.

Unfortunately this Arctic Circle is on par with most others. Slow service, missing menu items, and staffed by high schoolers. Expect low quality food, and thats if you can even get what you came to order.

I love the ice cream, the sweet potato fries are good, the burgers are ok but a bit pricey for the quality. This location the staff is super hyper and loud. I only recommend it if you are craving shakes.

Their shakes are really good. The cheesecake in their shakes is real cheesecake. At Iceberg if you want real cheesecake you have to specify a New York cheesecake vs. Cheesecake flavor.
