I have been here about 30 times within the last 2 year. I have had some people tell me "Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is bad". My first 15 visits must have been the lucky ones because it wasnt bad. The last 5 visits have just been awful though. Something is very wrong with the orange chicken. My chicken was extremely chewy and fatty, although it does not happen every time at this location. I have only been getting orange chicken and fried rice when I go to panda express. I will probably still go to other panda express locations, but i wont come back to this one.

The girl working the cash register did nothing but yell at the other workers the whole time, she didnt do her job and left us waiting for a good 20 minutes with our food in the bag... The counter tops on every surface was so sticky it left a residue on your fingers, our food was cold and we ended up eating on the car because of how gross it was. I have never left a review on anything before, Im not that kind of person but that was the worst condition Ive ever seen a Panda Express in and I love that place! Make a change!

UPDATED: The assitant manager called us after this review and really wanted to learn from our comments. He listed and committed to fixing the problems. We came again to see the results and the restaurant was clean, and the staff was much friendlier! GREAT JOB FELIX! Horrible service! We arrived 30 minutes before closing and the staff were angry. They didnt have much food left and were really angry we asked them to cook something. Typical teenagers.

Worst panda express Ive been too.. first had to wait for them to make what I wanted that was fine. But then after it was done they give my food to someone else. 15 min later I have to get them to re dish my food and I got the shittiest portions! Half scoop of rice half scoop of steak and a part of a cut of chicken... Its a fast food job! A monkey could do better! Never going to this location again

Our last few visits have seen incorrect orders and tonight was our last visit to ANY Panda. The portions are significantly and noticeably smaller since our last visit while prices remain the same. The fried shrimp are the same price for 3 pieces now, pounded down to much thinner pieces! They were also fried to the point of being inedible; tough and dry. Very disappointing.

The food was o.k., nothing to write home about. The service was the worse, the lady who helped me was so nice to the people in front of me, and everyone else, but treated me like crap. I even smiled and thanked her for everything, she walked away from the cashier with such attitude. Wow! Dont go there

Because we had to wait for 2 of our side orders, one of the staff members gave us 3 free medium drinks :) and last time we came here one of the staff members hooked us up with another spring roll for my little one. They are so nice and understanding! Thanks Aida !!!

I asked for Steamed Brown Rice as my side in a bowl. I was told by the counter attendant that it hadnt sold well lately, so they decided not to make it today. Good job guys, thats a sure way to not sell it at all!

The people were kind and greeted me with happiness. The food was juicy and tasty. My scoops are also full ! Sweet fire is delicious like always. Ana-Padie-Nikki-Marlet-Miguel are the best of best.
