They have amazing all you can eat french toast. If you have not had it then you will love it. However...It is offered as "all you can eat" french toast breakfast. You will quickly find that after enjoying the first round of your amazing "all you can eat" breakfast that you are ready for round two. This is where the problem begins. 1st--No explanation of any kind from anyone on how to get round two. 2nd--after standing in front of the counter patiently waiting to catch someones attention you quickly realize that you are no longer important to them as a customer. The "money" costumers walking in the door are far more important than your second round of "all you can eat" breakfast. 3rd--When you finally get there attention and start the process of getting round two you will find that it is a quick "What do you need?". "I would like some more french toast please" "OK. Go sit down and we will bring it to you" They dont know who you are. They dont know where you are in the restaurant. But you need to go sit down and wait for your "all you can eat" second round of amazing french toast breakfast. So you do... And you wait.. And wait....And wait......And wait.....And you realize that others are sitting there waiting... and waiting too for their "all you can eat" "second round" french toast breakfast. You then begin to notice the frustration in their eyes/face as they are going through exactly what you are going through. You wait so long that your not even hungry for second round. But you paid for this "all you can eat" breakfast and your going to get it. After waiting so long you realize that nobody is going to bring you anything. You go to the counter Again and ask Again for your second round of french toast and process begins again. "What do you need?" "I would like some more french toast please" "What is your name?" "Do I stand here and wait? or what do I do?" "We will bring it out to you" When you finally get the second round of French toast breakfast you dont even really want it. You want to just throw it away, but you dont, because you paid for it. And you waited for everyone of the walk in the door "money" paying customers to get taken care of first to get it. And its really good too! But the small plate and the one piece of french toast that is on it has left you asking yourself why that was so difficult? Why did that take so long? Do they not care about the customer the second round. Am I an inconvenience to them asking for may second round of "all you can eat" french toast breakfast? I am not one to normally ever post a review, but Kneaders Bakery & Cafe (in Saratoga Springs) you "Earned" this one. I am a business owner myself. I understand what "customer service" is and how to make a customer "happy" and how to leave a costumer with the "desire to come back". I give you this "One Star" review in hopes that you will improve you costumer service experience. Especially in regards to your "all you can eat" french toast breakfast. I need you to know that this review is not because of a one time visit, but because it is like this every time I go to your restaurant. I have talked to some of your other guests experiencing the same and am told the same frustrations. My advise--If you cannot (or) dont want to provide "all you can eat" french toast breakfast to your customers, then Dont Sell It!!!!! Drop the price 50 cents and just sell it as a meal. Everyone will still love the breakfast, but will avoid the frustration. Please ignore my grammar errors. Please improve your customer service so that when my wife drags me to your amazing "all you can eat" french toast breakfast I dont leave frustrated and upset. Thanks

Extremely disappointed with Kneaders. They claim to serve breakfast until 11, HOWEVER apparently, that is not true. I went there on Saturday and was in line at 10:58 A.M. I waited in line appx 2 minutes because as soon as I got up to the register, it was exactly 11:00 and I was told that they had already put away their breakfast stuff and werent serving breakfast anymore. They had also told the previous 2 groups ahead of us that the same thing and they were at the register ordering before 11:00. Both of those parties left as well as us. If you state that you have breakfast until 11, that means you take breakfast orders until 11. If you do not take breakfast orders until 11, DO NOT STATE THAT YOU SERVE BREAKFAST UNTIL 11. I told the cashier of my extreme disappointment and left. Apparently if you want breakfast, do not place your order any later than 10:30, because thats what they actually mean, breakfast until 10:30. Thats a way to quickly lose business! Super disappointed Kneaders!

This is the newest restaurant in Saratoga Springs and its a welcome addition to the few dining options we have out here that arent fast food (although Kneaders does have a drive-thru and could be considered "healthy" fast food). We love that its open until 10pm so we have some place close by to eat if we are out late. We stopped by pretty late last night and walked right up to the counter to order. We tried 2 croissant sandwiches (the turkey cranberry and the chicken salad) and they were both pretty good. The chicken salad croissant sandwich was my favorite and I would get that again. I thought the turkey cranberry would go better on bread instead of a croissant. We will certainly be eating here again soon so Ill continue posting pictures as we eat here.

We have always thought Kneaders Was a special place to eat. I had a French Dip long ago it was great. I dont know what your trying to do now But Ill never take my family there again. I ordered a "French Dip" again tonight The bread was different than the bread before. The bread was burnt. The meat was an insult Fyi I took it back to an employee She said the meat is weight so its is the same Three THIN SLICES about 1/64th of an inch "IF EVEN THAT" lastly it wasnt just me. MY son & I both ordered a "French Dip Both were hard ,burnt bread. (I think the bread Has changed for the worse) The "au juse" Was cold I returned your sandwiches. Did not ask for a refund we just walked out Rex H

Ive never had an issue with this companies food or staff members. They offer so much, from breakfast items, to lunch and (light) dinner items, sandwiches, soups, salads, amazing drinks, and deserts to die for! In addition, the craft items that they have on display are usually on sale whilst giving the restaurant a homey feeling. Ive been to 3 different restaurants throughout Utah county, and there has been not one single restaurant that has disappointed me. Keep up the good work guys! *Id highly recommend that you check out their peak hours, as it can get very crowded during lunch & dinner hours. In addition, there IS a drive thru!

After standing in line for way too long, I looked up and noticed ten or fifteen flies on the ceiling near the bread. This grossed my mom and I out enough that we stayed in line to tell the manager (although we had already decided not to purchase anything) but when we got up to the front of the line, not one employee acknowledged us for three to five minutes, we left without talking to anyone. Poor customer service, poor sanitation. I bet they dont even kill the flies every night. The flies probably just have the run of all of their uncovered brownies, cookies, and bread. Not to mention their open cooking area. Disgusting.
