When the molten cake sundaes came out, I ordered a shake with pecans & asked if that was ok. The young man who was taking my order said I could have whatever I wanted. So a few weeks later I ordered the same thing and the young woman taking orders said they didnt have pecans. (she was really rude) I pointed out that they did have them for the molten cake sundaes. She relented, gave me what I asked for, and charged me double for the nuts. If she had told me that they couldnt use the pecans in shakes, I wouldnt have pressed the issue. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Today at 4:15 (after happy hour) I ordered some mozzarella sticks and some other things. As we pulled away from the sonic, my daughter noticed that they had only given us 2 sticks. And they were barely warm. I pulled back around and into a different stall because my previous spot was now occupied. I tried to explain what had happened over the intercom and told them I was shorted 2 mozz. sticks. The woman I was speaking to interrupted me and told me that I had ordered the snack size and that I had only paid .99 for it. I told her that I had ordered a full order and had paid $2.89 for it. She curtly told me that they were $3.89 and there were 5 sticks in an order. Thinking she was looking on her screen at what the last occupant of my current stall had ordered, I told her that I was a few stalls down. She told that she was looking at what I had ordered and again told me that I had only paid .99 and to look at my receipt. I hadnt gotten my receipt never dreaming Id need one over 3 cheese sticks. (big mistake) So I asked her for a copy of what she was looking at. She mumbled something about the new system and not being able to print it. Then she said shed send out "the boy". A while later, the young man who had served my original order (less than 10 min. previous to this) came out with 3 more luke warm mozz sticks and said they were "on the house" because she couldnt get it to print. I was really ANGRY at this point because I knew she was lying! I told him that they were not "on the house"; I had PAID for them! He just looked at me like he had no idea what I was saying. I had JUST had a nice talk with him about what he had done the night before AND I had tipped him! Honestly, if I were trying to steal extra mozzarella sticks, I wouldnt have made the mistake of telling them they only shorted me 2 when a full order is 5! Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? A 3 dollar mistake may be a big deal to my budget, but sonic would have made it up with the next shake they sold - if I had been dishonest - which I wasnt. Im a regular there. I go to that sonic 4+ times a month! I dont like being treated like a thief. They just lost several regular customers because when I do go to sonic, Im usually with several of my good friends.

Wow, so being as no one has bothered to write a review positive or negative, does that mean that it is not worth the time to let the world know what a worthless place this Sonic is? We went through the drive through part and am really glad I did because we saw FIRST-HAND how the SO-CALLED manager is going to kill someone one day soon unless the health department goes in and sees how she handles food, drinks and the items they put those in. This manager here is a worthless BITXH! She was taking multiple STYROFOME cups and dipiing them in the ice bin. HARD...Can anyone say CHOKING HAZARD????? She SHOULD have been wearing gloves AND using a proper ice scoop because not only was she dipping ALL the cups into the ice bin that means she was touching the ice with bare hands that have been touching other things!!! On top of that, she was aqueezing friuts into the drinks and then dropping them into the drinks. When confronted with that her response was PROVE IT! Honestly folks, do you REALLY want to choke on a piece of their cups or imagine if you will she went to the bathroom, because don t be fooled by thinking that they ALWAYS wash their hands even after going to the bathroom and went back to sqeezing your lemons into your drinks and then YOU DRANK HER FECES AND URINE! Guess what that is what you will do. You will drink and possibly eat other peoples feces and urine soiled foods and drinks. It is PROPER FOOD HANDLING PROCEDURES TO WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING FOOD. Not that I wish it, but I really will not be shocked when someone gets sick or dies because of this manager! Like I said she is worthless and apparently she has made many enemies in her position there. I say FIRE THAT UGLY TWIG and get a manager that actually cares for the health of the public and so-called valued customers. Stay away from this Sonic if you value your life!!!!! At minimum someone is going to get sick or choke or both by her hands! Oh and by the way, I would have given a NEGATIVE star or more! Stay Away from this restaurant!

The reviews are painfully accurate. Horrible service and disrespectful, rude, employees. We were treated with hostile responses to questions about the menu and with such disdain that we left within 2 minutes of our first encounter with an employee. I am amazed that such poor service is apparently routine and feel bad for the franchise owner because clearly the management they have put in place is not teaching employees even basic customer service skills. I have notified Sonic Corp as well and forwarded a link to these reviews. Unbelievably poor experience my jaw is still on the ground at how we were treated.

Last time I was here the burrito was put together very weird with a handful of jalapeños at one end and a handful of sausage at the other. I dont know about the food this time but I had to use the restroom and it was locked and for good reason. When they let me in it looked demonically possessed, I hope this is not a reflection of the kitchen although it does reflect on management and employees very poorly. There used to be a really good crew here that not only did great work but were cheerful and seemed to have fun. (Update) just got another disgusting burrito here. This Sonic sucks consistently.

for some reason I keep giving this place a chance? I have been there a few times and I know that it is not going to be a quick stop even in the drive through. I went today and on the box I saw a hand written sign saying we are not accepting orders. Thinking this was weird I pulled around noticing there werent any cars in the stalls. I see one man walk up to the doors and is yelling at the glass saying " WHAT KIND OF FKNG PLACE IS THIS?" he looked like he was going to do some damage. This is a place that I do not feel compfortable in going or taking friends or family to.
