Okay so heres the nitty gritty: 1) Its sounds like this location has much better service in comparison to all the others for which there are reviews. I just went through the drive-thru, but I thought the service was very quick; and the cashier/person at the window was a very pleasant/nice and friendly girl. I have no idea what the service might be like at other locations around the valley. 2) You have to come to this sort of place with certain expectations.... And considering the prices, Id say most people with any sort of common sense should be able to deduce that the food will likely be of the cheaper/more processed variety. If you want a nice beefy hot dog with fresh ingredients (just as a forewarning), this is not the place to get it. I dont eat a lot of hot dogs, but was personally okay with a lesser quality dog, and enjoyed the ample amount of toppings. In any case, its probably not a good idea to eat this kind of food too often anyhow (which I think actually could be said for most restaurant food these days, fast/casual/otherwise); but if you come here with fewer expectations, and just an odd craving or two, you might yourself surprisingly satisfied.

I went in with coupons and ordered a pretty good sized family combo, I waited about 10 minutes for it. While waiting, there was a dude who couldnt wait 2 minutes for his 3.00 meal and started being rude to the cashiers and eventually got his money back. After my food was finished, the cashier offered me a complimentary soft drink because of my supposedly "long" wait. Unfortunately, I was already pretty full after my root beer float, so I had to decline. I should also mention this is the first time Ive ever been here and the food is pretty comparable to other popular places. So if youre in the area and are dying for some chilli dogs, definitely stop by! Edit: the chillidogs are pretty funky tasting... But its fast food, cant expect much.

Dont come here often, as Im not usually a hot dog person. But I live in the area and every once in awhile the mood strikes me. Especially when they serve brats in the wintertime. So I cant say how it is "All the time" but every time Ive ever been here, the store has been nice and clean and the service has been super friendly and efficient. Ive never had anything wrong with my order. Not a fan of this style of fries, but thats a preference thing, not a quality thing. Overall, consistent and quite satisfactory.

The worst experience of my life. They were so slow at making my food counted 13 mins and counting. The worst part the people are so unprofessional and they were aggressive throws me since I was upset for the wait. On top of it I been trying to call to speak to a manager and they dont answer the phone. Dont go there!!

Im sitting in the drive thru right now and had a horrible experience they were cursing say F the customers turn off the menu board never have Ive been so embarrassed and humiliated in my life my children were in the car we will never come here again and I hope whoever reads this dont go to this particular location

Lots of problems with this place. Dead flies on the windowsills, no group seating, the waiting time is horrible, and my food was served upside down. At least its cheap.
