TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to ask why my cake had not been delivered (yet) and was barked at by the owner. Her response, "This is my store and I cant guarantee delivery". Well....then maybe you should not have charged me $12 to deliver it. The 16 year old teeny bopper that answered the phone told me that the person who went to deliver it (the owner) got lost and came back with the cake. This is 3 hours after the fact and I had to call in to get this displeasing information. Would have been nice for them to practice excellent customer service and simply say, "Your cake is currently in route to its destination and should arrive by 5pm". Is that so difficult to ask? I dont want to hear that my $50 cake got lost and most likely not be delivered for the occasion it was ordered for...... DONT GET ME WRONG, their cakes are FABULOUS and their shop is ADORABLE. I would and will still purchase from them again just will never have it delivered for a special occasion. According to the owner they use a third party delivery service-which I strongly suggest they fire and do it themselves.

I have been to this location several times! Every time they have been great and gone the extra mile offering samples while I wait and in an emergency I needed a bundlet to substitute for a smash cake for a photo shoot. I am so glad I mentioned it because the woman helping me suggested I cut the edges to get the cake out and Im so glad she did. Thr cake came right out. The pictures turned out amazing! My 1 year old scarfed the cake while I jealously watched. Great place! Great service. So glad i can run to nothing bundt cake when I need something tasty to impress my friends.

Thank you for always being so welcoming and cheerful! Every time I go to this Nothing Bundt Cakes the staff is SO friendly and willing to answer questions. Today I picked up my birthday bundlet, as well as one more, and Im so excited to indulge this weekend! I really appreciate the personalization of the birthday gift and will be a long-time customer. Great cakes but horrible delivery service. They charge a fortune to deliver and then when it is too late to go another route they advise an additional delivery charge because of the location of the delivery. I used to use these guys for closing gifts on all my completed home loans but not anymore.... looking for a reputable company

Love it love it love it! Its the best cake Ive ever eaten--and every flavor is good. Its worth the money and its more than worth the calories. Red velvet and marble are my favorite, but my husband LOVES the chocolate chocolate chip. Oh, and lemon? Phenomenal. I just sent one to my mom for Mothers Day, and she absolutely loved it.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has wonderful gift ideas and selections. They have wonderful cake flavors and the frosting is amazing!! With that said, I would strongly suggest you pick up your cake. Their delivery chargers are outrageous!! Delivery 6.3 miles from their Sandy location, cost $15.00!!!

Cakes are good but do not use or trust the delivery service. They will not work with you and are not at all helpful. Have flowers delivered instead if you need a delivery. Much smoother process. I am still trying to have a now 3 day old cake delivered to my mother in law!

Delicious cakes, but horrible customer service. I felt like I was not appreciated as a customer and reprimanded because I did not know the rules on the birthday email that I received. From out of town and will not be visiting this location again.

We bought a bunch of the mini Bundt cakes to bring to a dinner at our friends house. The presentation was great and all of the flavors were delicious we definitely ate too much,which is a sign of a place that deserves a five star review.

Closed on the 4th of July, really? I wasnt the only customer there a bit peeved you were closed either. Not good business being closed on a holiday where people are bringing treats to BBQs. So, I spent my money elsewhere.
