I came up with an idea to bring a sweet treat looking campaign button to my gathering! The challenge was I thought about it on the morning of the first Presidential debate. I contacted Andrea in Scottsdale AZ on McDonald Ave. Andrea was up for my challenge with much enthusiasm! Her Cookies by Design location has a special program to put likeness of the image you email directly on the sinfully delicious cookie. She decorated the arrangement to also showcase a variety of other cookies such as red velvet, chocolate chip and oatmeal to have the requested campaign button cookies pop on the beautifully displayed plate. If you have an inspiring idea, looking to show up with an energetic looking sweet treat to your next gathering, I highly overwhelmingly encourage you to consider Cookies by Design to bake for your next event! I ordered a basket of cookies for Valentines Day that wasnt delivered until well after business hours, so the recipient didnt receive it until the next day. It took me six tries to reach someone on the phone, who was extremely rude and offered no apology or any kind of refund or credit. The womans retort was that the cookies were delivered and that it was their busiest day of the year, even suggesting that to make sure the cookies were delivered on time, I should have had them delivered the day prior. The cookies themselves were nothing special. Cheap basket with individually wrapped cookies that didnt taste any better than store bought. A delivery company that cant fulfill its orders within business hours and has incredibly rude customer support isnt deserving of your money. Go elsewhere.

FANTASTIC! We paid extra for hand delivery. (we were worried the cookies would break if shipped.) We sent the bouquet to someone who really needed a smile and it put a BIG Smile on his face and gave him a great laugh. It was really nice that we could customize our cookie messages. He said the cookies tasted amazing. ... for an expensive cookie bouquet all the feedback from our friend really made it worth it. We knew we made the right decision by sending them and buying a bigger bouquet then we originally were going to send. - thank you very much!

These cookie baskets make wonderful gifts! I have used this vendor twice and would not hesitate to use them again. Great quality, great presentation, and always delivered when promised-even during holiday periods. The recipients have been thrilled with the baskets, which make it all worth while in my book. Oh did I forget to mention- all this quality and service for a very fair price. Do yourself a favor- send a cookie basket to someone you love for the next special occasion. You will both be glad you did!!!

Not only were are the cookies to die for, they were also extremely easy to order. I ordered some cookies online to be delivered the next day and even though I messed up filling out a part of my order, they made sure to call me and get it figured out so that my cookies still got delivered that same day. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and look forward to working with their helpful staff again!

When driver had trouble finding delivery site, she called & worked with me over the phone until successfully getting my basket to the right house. She stayed calm and helpful when it seemed nothing was going to plan, & understand the birthday basket for my young daughter was very important, as I was away on business trip. Thank you.

Ordering a gift so far away is always difficult. But working with cookies by design has always worked out wonderful. The orders arrive on time and exactly like I ordered. If there is a issue they are propmpt in fixing it to make sure The customer is satisfied.

I placed an order to have delivered by yesterday for my dads birthday in NJ. They sent me a delivery confirmation, yet my dad never received the gift. Ive left messages and emailed them. I am very disappointed and hope that they will make things right asap!

I was very happy that the woman who made the delivery called my daughter to confirm that she was home (so cookies wouldnt melt) after my daughter didnt answer the door. Turns out she had the wrong house number and they got it sorted out.
