Fail to do something simple. Got a breakfast burrito today, the burrito was soaking wet (not sure why) and fell through the bottom of the bag as I walked into work. the Burrito itself was so-so. The orange juice tasted dusty. I later found that the burrito had leaked in my car and stained my seat. Cmon guys, why is a burrito with egg and sausage soaking wet? Where is the attention to detail? Its not brain surgery, pull it together.

The people there are very friendly. Their bagels are really good. However, the food is not worth the price. I thought I would give it another try and order lunch items this time. I ordered two egg salad sandwiches on a croissant and it was $18.00. The croissant was stale and the egg salad was poorly portioned. I wont be going back. Its too bad though, as they are all very friendly -

Really good bagels and awesome cream cheese. I tried the chive cream cheese and the everything bagel sandwich with eggs and pepper jack and sausage. It was really delicious, bagel was very fresh and perfectly chewy, my only complaint was the price, it was very expensive.

My favorite place for lunch in Scottsdale. The staff is always attentive to my needs and thier bagels are Amazing! Nice big fluffy sesame bagel with turkey lettuce tomato and cream cheese... Im hungry just thinking about it...

I ate here for the first time today, had a ham bagel sandwich. It was great!! Very fresh, amazing selection. Staff was very helpful and warm. I will be coming back to try more!

Terrible service (I suggest an all employee field rip to Subway) but delicious sandwich. Also wish they had ourdoor seating (3 tables but only chairs for 2).
