The reason I only gave this 3 stars, is because most the time that I go there to get food, they either dont get my order right like (no chicken on a chicken jack quesadilla & forgot a few items I ordered & paid for, just to find out when I go inside to tell them about the discrepency, the items missing are sitting right by the bags). Its odd if you go through the drive thru to order & you say "I want a spicy jack cheese quesadilla with chicken, rather than saying the exact wording in the order it is in on their menu as spicy chicken jack quesadilla! 9 times out of 10 theyll enter the order without the chicken! Plus on top of your own order missing items, youll usually get 2 or 3 items that you didnt order (most likely the items are part of the order of the person behind you). Tom C.

Every single time I have gone to this location they have had terrible customer service. I ask them for an item on their menu and they have no idea what I am asking for. I dont have an accent, and I clearly enunciate each word, and they still do not have a clue. I just went today and walked out without food, because I tried ordering what was right on their menu behind them--the Carne asada burrito with medium drink for $8. It took about 3 minutes for them to figure out what I was saying, and then they tried telling me the total was $12. Perhaps training the employees whats on the menu would help. I ended up going to a local Mexican restaurant instead. I will never go to this location again and will tell everyone I know also.

This location has really soured my opinion of Del Taco. Drive-thru is always INSANELY slow, and this is based on about 10 separate visits over the past 9 or 10 months, the last one being tonight. With how long they take, youd expect the food to taste great since they take so long to prepare it, but it is consistently subpar. Tonight the shrimp was very burnt and the tortillas stale. The food here doesnt taste nearly as good or freah as other locations. Dont waste your time or money here. Theyve failed miserably 90% of the times Ive gone.

I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes with the kid not even acknowledging I had pulled up. When I finally made it to the window, he had to ask for my order again. I had to remind him about hot sauce twice after he asked me if I wanted any and neglected to put it in the bag. The worst part is that he forgot more than half of my order... Real cool, Del Taco. You should give customers what they pay for, dont ya think? On another note, this location is kinda beat up. Id pick a different one if you have the opportunity to.

Very quick and very friendy service especially the young brunette lady working the counter. I ordered the chicken burrito that was not very much chicken maybe an 1.5 oz. At best. My son said his hamburger bun tasted old and dry. I showed them the burrito and told the lovely lady at the counter. She fixed our orders and was so sorry but overall a good exp. Would give it another chance.

If I could put -5 I would! This is absolutely the worst taco place Ive ever went to I ordered 9 tacos and literally a pinch of meat and cheese I paid for the shell and lettuce...... The staff was very rude and even the manager was disrespectful I will never go here again and recommend you dont waste your time and money

Shittiest tacos Ive ever had the misfortune of eating. For two dollars and ten cents, I do not exaggerate, you get precisely two cubes of chicken, some salsa from a packet, and a large handful of dry cilantro. Oh, and one of them had an unripe avocado slice that disintegrated into dust in my mouth.

I like this location. For being fast food, they always prepare my food fresh. The dining area is always clean. The staff is very friendly and Ive never had a problem here. My kids really like their tacos and burritos so I tend to come here about once a week on average.

The service was terrible!!!!! Lady was so rude and has no business being in customer service. I would rather puke up Taco Bell and re eat it ...than have the experience I had at Del Taco. Left a bad taste in my mouth that Listerine cant get rid of!!!

The food is great but when I went inside this location their floor was messy with food on it. They need to do better on sweeping the floors and wiping down the benches and tables for the customers to come in to eat in side.

Probably the slowest fast-food place ever. If you are in a rush, it would be faster to drive over to a Del Taco further away. The food is fine, but it takes forever to get food, even when the store is empty of customers.

Food is great and consistent. The drive-up is suuuper slow at times. I have passed stopping because there are a couple cars in the drive-up. If youre patient then this location is good.

Disgusting the place is slow and dirty. They dont even have trash cans thin the dirty rest rooms. They have food measuring containers. The health department needs to shot them down.
