Will never eat there again. Earlier this evening, 7/18/2017, went there with a friend. Sat in an end booth, in the same room area, but away from a long table of adults and many children. About halfway into our meal, the 10, or so, young boys at the long table, left the table and went wild. They began screaming and yelling around the room. Not one staff member came into the area to quieten things down, although the deafening noise went on for over 30 mins. We were well into our meal and decided not to move, although it was difficult to talk above the noise. As the noisy people were leaving, we were approached by one of the adults, who commented that we would probably be glad when they left. I said it would be nice to be able to talk, and then the woman said it was our fault that we were sitting in that area. We should have seen the large table, expected noise, and not sat in that room. I complained to our server, and also to the cashier out front, who shrugged her shoulders, and said we should have moved to another table. You wont have to be concerned Chuck-A-Rama about whether we move tables next time - because there never will be a next time!

Went here for a family dinner with a large party, and we were asked to seat ourselves. We found a section but needed a few more seats and asked a family that wasnt using some of theres if we could use them. Our waitress came by and acted like we committed a crime and started talking bad about us to the other family. She treated my dad and my sister very rudely. My dad said if we are such a problem we wont be back and the waitress said "Well GOOD!" My sister told her to leave us alone, she made a big deal out of nothing. The assistant manager was called over and told my sister she was out of line and shouldnt treat the waitress like that. SERIOUSLY!?!? Long story semi-short they didnt clear one thing off our table, no drinks were served, no service at all. The whole staff glared at us the whole time there and our kids were scared to get more food. Ridiculous management and customer service.

I have been a long time customer of Chuck-A-Rama and have enjoyed the great food and choice it offers. I visit there nearly once a week and often bring my large family and friends there when they visit from out of town. However, at the recent visit we were confronted with a $3 per person price increase without notice. This was a major disappointment which resulted in my failure to tip the waitress which I have always done in the past. The price increase defeats the purpose of visiting Chuck-A-Rama. It is now just as expensive as most other restaurants. I doubt that I will return. It is time to patronize the other restaurants who offer more for the money.

We went back hoping that this restaurant had changed but it didnt. They didnt have a lot options for food and our server was talking a patron the whole time we where there. She never came over and cleaned anything. we had to clear our own dishes and clean our own table. they werent that busy so it was disappointing to have such poor service. When the server eventually had got back to work she had a poor attitude about it. We over heard her say that she had been working at this location for two years and we really wondered why. We are not returning to this location or chuck-A-Rama. Texas Road House here we come

Chuck A Rama is a nice place for family gatherings. They have a wide selection of fresh delicious food, drinks, and desserts. Their Rice Crispy treats are a community favorite. I have many fond memories visiting Chuck A Rama with family and friends. The dining area is very nice with long tables to accommodate large groups. They put out a tremendous spread but the price has become cost prohibitive over the last few years. I seldom go there for dinner anymore. Go for lunch and save your dollars for the sushi bar down the street :)

Mediocre. Good service, but all food was overcooked. The salad bar was lacking and there were a lot of carbs, but for proteins there was only fried chicken and ham with veggie options missing. There are a copious number or drink options (except for milk) and plentiful desserts. If youre coming for the Mac n cheese, go buy some at the store. It would taste better; youll save money, and likely time in the process.

Worst dining experience I have ever had. Told the wait would be 5-10 minutes. We waited an hour. There was no hostess seen for 30 minutes, and it wasnt until there was no standing room left that they decided to get a hostess back working. Hostess had a bad attitude when she finally did get back. This place is too damn expensive to have that type of service. Absolutely will never return.

Came here for sunday lunch and the decor looked nice, but the food is very limited and more or less tasteless. They had absolutely no sea food. The customer service is horrible. You have to get your own drinks, utensils, plates, napkins. For the price you could get much better food somewhere else. I will think twice before I come back to this restaurant.

a classic all you can eat American food buffet, friendly staff, clean plates, decent selection, relatively fresh food, but a bit expensive considering the price vs. value ratio, worth a trip from time to time, but in my case, its hard to become a regular, because I find it a bit overpriced and more than I would like to spend on a buffet

the food is gross in particular they add cilantro to a lot of the dishes now and are adding spices and herbs that make the original recipies taste off!! The service sucks too I doubt I will eat here anymore!! It may be just the 4th so location they need to add the word "up" to sign outside to "UP CHUCK A RAMA"

Top notch quality comfort food at its best! Very clean, excellent service and outstanding variety. Chuck-A-Rama is heads and shoulders above its competition. Locally owned and operated and the family pride shines through on everything they do. Please give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Decent food but the selection is pretty small for the price. The fries are pretty great, the fried chicken isnt battered, its just fried skin on so if youre not into that then dont get it. Desserts were just ok. The carved beef is surprisingly good. I think Id prefer a Chinese buffet though.

Terrible food with horrible quality. Too many employees walking around. Never again! I wanted to throw up after 1 plate. It was a complete waste of my time and money. Service was bad too even though they had tons of employees didnt fill our drinks often. Drinks were bombarded with sugar.

Decent food for a gluten free customer. It took a few workers to help me know what I could eat. One server said to just eat the lettuce because that was all she could guarantee was gluten free. Another worker overheard the conversation and brought out a list of foods I could eat.

I really like being able to get my own drink. They also have so many drink options. The root beer and other "beers" had little flavor and were gross, but the icees were great! Their meats were all overcooked, and the ice cream was disgusting, but the monkey bread was delicious.
