The worst buffet ever, the customer service have a horrible attitude problems. when we first come in she did give us any of water or ask us" what would you like to drink", when we ask for a water and the customer service would put it on the table with anger and the water would spill over the table. This is the "WORST BUFFET EVER IN SALT LAKE CITY" " WORST OUT OF THE WORST". I wish the hire a new sever lady/customer service. The food is great but the "SERVER/CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST". i DONT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE, BECAUSE THE SERVER/CUSTOMER IS THE WORST EVER, AND SHE HAS A HORRIBLE PERSONALITY AND ATTITUDE".

The food is okay, and the prices are okay. I once had an unpleasant experience there but it hasnt stopped me from returning. They sort of rushed us out because they were busy, but then they made us come back and forced us to leave a tip. Not that we intentionally left without leaving a tip- rather we were unsure of what was going on because they hustled us out of there so quickly. Still kinda rude in my opinion. Its not that our group was being loud in particular, I know they kept looking at my brother who typically spend more time chatting as opposed to eating but that was just him and how he eats.

Panda Buffet has an excellent variety of choices. Its an average chinese buffet. Service is absolute garbage, however. The waitresses leave you feeling like a second-class citizen when you eat st Panda Buffet, and when going with a friend who spoke Chinese, he reported that they talked trash on our party the entire time in Mandarin. I would not reccomend Panda because of the service, but the food is decent, and its all-you-can-eat, so if you have a big appetite, i would reccomend going to Chuck-A-Rama. ;)

This place could be better, if it had better service and and still had the amazing food after 5 pm as well as it is before 5 pm its discusting after 5 pm, i just dont go after that time. The waiters and the people that are at front after 5 pm are rude, on there cellphones and they even look like they dont want to work there this is literally the worst Chinese restaurant i have ever been into, Heck the Worst Overall restaurant i have ever been in!

My family and I eat here quite often. The food is a "hit & miss"... some days its really fresh and some days its not. The service isnt the best here and I say that because the lady in the front isnt so "sociable"... they dont have a set price for children, she just looks at my kids and jots down a number. I believe children 3 and under should eat free but she charges $2 sometimes $3... but the price for adults lunch and dinner are pretty decent!

We have always been spooked by the outside appearance of this Chinese buffet-style restaurant, but tried it on the recommendation of friends. Definitely not bad! Good quality, fresh food (for Saturday lunch) and a fairly good variety. It was busy but not insanely so while we were here. I am not much of a fan of Chinese buffets, but if you are dont let the outside appearance of this one keep you away.

Quick in and out I didnt have to wait. Plenty of people eating as well so they dont have a problem dealing with people. Food is just meh.. but served good as a quick lunch. It was 9$ for the lunch buffet. All the other reviews are pretty accurate customer service is lacking no one seems to speak english and not very sociable at all but I didnt care because I just came for a quick lunch.

I really like it! Very surprised! I work downtown and for an all you can eat lunch buffet at $7.50 including a coke just 5 minutes away, you cant go wrong people. Sure its not triple A quality, but the value is there. Theres always people there eating, so the food is fresh, and the staff is nice. If youre used to Chinese buffets this place will only impress.

Decided to give this place a chance despite the reviews. Food was mediocre and seemed like it was left out for a while. Staff were rude and the service horrible. Upon walking in, a lady demanded I pay first. Wasnt even friendly at all. My waiter also refused to look at me when talking to me (held his head to the side). I would not recommend eating here.

Even though the poor reviews I checked out this place. It was a pretty average Chinese Buffet. Yes, it had a little odor probably from the seafood. The selection was ok but not amazing. The food was ok but not great. The waitress as described did just take my drink order and after returning with the drink didnt really come back but why would she?

The place smells funny. the food isnt good enough to call mediocre. They charge $10 a person which is typical for Chinese buffets but the food is VERY sub-standard. there is no service, we got drinks once when we were seated and ignored until we were leaving. I had an upset stomach all night after dinner. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!

I didnt think it was possible for food with jalapeños to be bland.... then again I didnt think I would run into such rude service either and I found both here. I did however give it 3 stars because they have a clean restaurant, most of the employees spoke English, and the food filed my belly.

The waitress was kind. The food was awful. Small selection. Dry. Flavorless. The lo mein was practically just wet pasta. The sushi was bland. But okay. The crab claws they have are DRY and OLD. PLEASE DONT EAT THEM. THEY TASTE LIKE FOOD POISONING. Definitely wont be back.

Worst food ive ever had. I went in at 9:30 and ordered food to go off menu and they gave me nasty old end of the night buffet food. Which is why I ordered a special meal.. horrible costumer service never had suck bad chinese food

We always eat here..When family comes from out of town first place they want to go..For friends birthdays i ask where for lunch they choose here..easy access from trax..is a great atmosphere and polite servers.a okay.

The food was pretty good. A variety of seafood and polite staff. The bathroom had the needed supplies, but thats where the positives stopped in that area. Would visit again, just refrain from using their facilities.

Welcoming staff, fresh food. If there isnt something on the buffet you like let them know, they can make most anything. But like most hole in the wall chinese places, dont expect an updated dining out room...

This place is outstanding. I dont know how people could gripe about it, it all seems fresh an you create your own dish. The place is a bit dingy and not very welcoming, but the food is grrrreeeeaaaat.
