I was at this location this evening. I found a mosquito in my noodles, so I notified a busser about my issue. He then brought me the "supervisor" of that evenings shift so I could share my situation with her. She accused me of planting the mosquito into my food for a refund, and completely denied that it was even possible for a bug to be in their food. She then closed our conversation with, "I am sorry that happened to you, or whatever, hope your next salad is better." Okay, my next salad will most definitely NOT be at this location (or any Souper Salad location for that matter) thank you very much. The bussers were friendly, but the management was horrendous and it showed evidently with the service I received after my disgusting encounter at the salad bar.

Terrible experience I come here a often and never had this kind of treatment, my family and I entered the restaurant and the staff was very rude to us and when one of my family members asked what drinks there are the gentleman we were talking to rudely said he didnt know and he didnt go check for us. On top of the 2 of the girls working here were very unprofessional, one of their names is Izabella she was sitting (on what can I assume to be) her boyfriends lap sitting and laughing. And before any confusion comes up she was not on break she walked around and picked up some plates from other tables and just went back to her boyfriend and her friends. Very unprofessional and dont think Ill be going back

me and my husband and our daughter went lastnight. my husbands vegetarian and 24 hours later hes been bathroom ridden and very upset stomach. food is bleh for 9.00 a person with only waters. The broccoli cheddar soup lastnight was very gross looking like its been there all all day. the clam chowder was watery and seperated and gross. the nacho cheese tasted like melted plastic and the pepperoni was warm by the salad bar. my teenager said that the taco meet was exactly the boxed kind they got fron her jr high cafeteria. the boxed kind. glad i paid 9.00 a person to eat jr. high kids cafeteria food.

My grandma loves this place! Hit or miss with the soup, but there are enough other choices you can find something else. The employees seemed to have a lot of pride in their work. Could be cleaner and its scary how the spoon handles fall into the serving dishes, but its OK. Also, they could make it easier to get a second plate. I was worried other people were using their same plates and contaminating the good. Anyway, I went back for more tacos and even had some of that weird nacho cheese. Its too light in color. And then a sundae. All of this food and fun on a Tuesday afternoon!

I just ate here with my fiance a hour ago and everything except the icecream was horrible. I will not be eating at this establishment again. I came in hungry after a long day of work and I left hungry and dissapointed . We wanted to try something different so thought we would give it a try. Well the salad had a funny taste i cant explain other then foul. The soup tasted fresh out of a can . The nacho cheese lets just say disgusting. The baked potatoes not cooked all the way. And soup you would think they would have a variety seeing how the name is Souper Salad right .

Absolutely disgusting and poor quality food. This place needs to invest more in improving their whole restaurant. On top of that, management, especially Carrie, here could be a lot better. The owner Trevor will do nothing to help as he doesnt care all her cares about is his money. The ice cream, cheese, and who knows what else is a cheap mix of powder and water. Heads up, spend a little more improving your food.

This place is so dirty! Poor selection of food and sometimes the lettuce is bad. The manager Carrie is a real pain and extremely rude. The owner Trevor isnt any better, Trevor is a Mormon who thinks he is better than everybody else and is very stuck up. Management and owners need to get off their high horse, this is a mere Souper Salad nothing to be proud of, this place is absolutely pathetic.

if you havent been here i would not recomend it. the food was not good and its like a big school cafeteria for adults, wanna bring a big group of people? better make sure they have room because you have to find a table where ever you can and no one was cleaning the empty tables when we were there. so if u wanted to sit there u had to do it yourself.

Sweet Tomatoes and Old Country Buffet blow this place out of the water. This place is nothing in comparison. Dirty and nasty food. The food doesnt even taste good. I know they are using cheap ingredients. The manager, Carrie, and owner, Trevor, are extremely careless and do not care. Such a shame

Good for the money, great salad options and limited but decent hot buffet. I give it four stars because it is a 100% self serve, other than paying when entering, so as far as service goes its hard to rate. For soup or salad, worth the money for sure.

I give it a 3.5. Ive been here 4 times. The first three were great! But this most recent time I was really disappointed. The food didnt taste nearly as fresh as it should and TWO of my bread sticks has hair of them and were not very warm or soft.

Staff and environment were great. But, its your typical salad bar. Nothing special about it. All the foods were bland. Especially the ranch dressing and macaroni and cheese. I wouldnt refer anyone to this. I may go back but it will be a while.

There are everal improvements since we were here last. Theyve added higher quality ingredients to the bar and have attentive service. Makes me wonder if there is a new owner or management because we will probably come here regularly again.

This place has a decent selection however half the time the lettuce is still wet and the spinach taste off and slightly old. The service here absolutely stinks though. Nobody ever comes to get your empty plate until you leave.

Unclean, unkept and down right ridiculous sweet potatoes. There is always food on the dishes and trays. There is always food mixed in the dressings. If you dont mind dirty chairs, dirty plate and limited soups, enjoy.

Filth on a plate is the best way to describe this place. Disgusting. Everything either tastes freezer burnt or like its been sitting out for a month. Surprisingly they actually used to be pretty good a few years ago.

Favorite place to stop at while in the valley because of the salad bar. This particular site is in disrepair and it is hard to distinguish cleanliness with the disrepair. If clean and repaired, 5 stars.

Wish there were more locations. Great place for meal or to take out. Better variety and quality than other salad bar with Tomatoes in the name. I usually stop in at least once a week.

For what it is, its a good buy. If you like Home Town Buffet, its like that without the entrées. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and the price was good. You can feed two people for a twenty.
