**This review will also be on Yelp - when I review something I usually put in on both Google and Yelp, b/c it has been my experience on Yelp that reviews are occasionally hidden** My husband and I just got back from a 4 day long ski vacation in Park City. Our condo was about 50 yards away from the Cabriolet lift, so we wanted to 1) Eat "on mountain" a few times and 2) Walk to and from where we were eating and drinking. :) *Sidebar - Utah drinking and booze laws are very unusual, so if you dont know this going into it, you will be unpleasantly surprised. Besides the Lookout Cabin (which is mid-mountain on the Canyons side of Park City) Drafts is the only place we could find that wasn’t an expensive/fancy restaurant and also served mixed drinks – aka, not just beer. The Lookout Cabin also has mixed drinks, but a Bloody Mary was $13 compared to the $10 one at Drafts, so we decided to give Drafts a chance. We had a great experience at Drafts – overall the service was great (albeit a tad slow), the drinks and beer both on top and bottle were great, and the food is FANTASTIC. They have several Utah beers on tap, which we loved. We both had burgers one day, we had the wings, and we had the tatchos, all of which were delicious. Also their Bloody Mary’s – I am a huge bloody fan and somewhat of a bloody snob, and the ones at Drafts tasted awesome. Particularly with a huge piece of bacon in it, which comes at no extra charge. All in all, this place is great – great location on mountain and one of the more affordable places in general. You’ll love it.

Ate here on a Friday and the food and atmosphere was fantastic and well worth the money. My gf and I ordered a burger and garlic fries and shrimp tacos respectively and both meals were great. We liked the food so much we came back only three days later on a Monday to order lunch again. Unfortunately this time the experience was in mark contrast. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich meal to go. Upon inspection the chicken sandwich did not have wing sauce on it, as advertised, and the garlic fries were missing the garlic! I was approached by a manager and I explained this to her wherein she asked "what would make you think this sandwich should have wing sauce on it?" I responded politely that its on the menus description of the meal. To be fair, I did not specify the flavor of sauce I wanted, but neither was I asked by the hostess whom took my order. The manager did attempt to make it right by having my order redone. This I accepted and waited. Unfortunately, this time the garlic fries were no better than the initial time. Tal:dr the food will either be amazing or awful depending on who happens to be the chef that day. Eat here if you like to gamble with your appetite.

We had a wonderful lunch at Draft sports Bar and Grill. Our waitress Sheena and Bar tender Isaac were amazing! Isaac the bar tender went over and beyond to make us comfortable and happy .( he has an amazing sense of humor) .I ordered a bloody Mary and he did not have bloody Mary mix, so he went to a store, not far, he did not take long at all. When Isaac came back he prepared the best bloody Mary Ive ever had in my life! ... EVER!!! SHEENA our waitress was also very amazing..she suggested several things on the menu and she was spot on right about the choices, they were amazing!!! Anyone going to park city should take the time to stop by and visit Draft Bar and Grill, you will not be disapointed.

Great little sports bar with a good selection of beers. Food menu has a good variety of choices, from appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and wings. If you like HOT, try the Cajun Ghost Pepper BBQ wings, very very good! If you are not familiar with the location, I strongly advise you park behind the hotel, this lot is accessible by taking the first right turn once you pass the hotel main entrance, the parking lot will be on your right. The entrance to Drafts will be on the far left hand corner as you face the back of the hotel. If you go through the main entrance I highly recommend that you get directions at the front desk, the restaurant is not in the lobby, and it is very difficult to find.

Ive been here several times and the experience is always the same. The beers are expensive (albeit the bar is located at the bottom of the ski area so that is ok), the food is good, but the service is atrocious. It is literally mind blowing how slow the service is. From my experience, the service is ok at the bar but beware of sitting anywhere else. Unfortunately, if you want any decent apres ski scene you will not find it at the canyons base. Do yourself a favor and just buy a six pack and ride the gondola all the way around (dont get off at the top) if you want to Apres at the canyons.

The biggest rip-off ever. The burgers are definitely not "best of state". The fries were barely even good. The service was just as bad. The server was very nice however it took him 5 minutes to bring us the wrong drinks, our appetizer came after our burgers (they did comp it) and my drink didnt get refilled the whole meal. I should have known when the server told us that they change their menu a lot and he recommended the one thing on the menu that had survived the numerous overhauls (an appetizer!). And its super expensive to top it off. Terrible.

Our party arrived and the restaurant was not busy in any sense of the word. 15 minutes after arriving, our orders were finally taken. 20 minutes after that, our drinks finally arrived. During the 1+ hours we waited for food, multiple tables that arrived after us had already received their food. When the food finally arrived, I was treated to a lukewarm steak. The place did get busier about 30 minutes after we arrived; however, the staff seemed ill-equipped to handle a dinner rush.

My guess is that most folks would like the beer selection, but I drift towards porters and stouts, and some IPAs...and was not impressed with the offerings. Food was definitely nothing to get excited about. Lots of big screen TVs with a variety of sports being shown. SO, maybe youll be a able to follow a team you like. Although, the bartender did not seem to know how to find the sports channels when we asked if the channel could be changed.

Wanted a burger but didnt want to leave the resort. Was seated without a greeting and silverware was slapped down on the table. A few minutes passed and no one acted as if they wanted to wait on us. Hopped in the car and went to 5 guys. Was greeted with a smile and they were very friendly and wanted us in the restaurant. Got two yummy burgers and fries for the price of one burger there. Drafts you blew it!

First off to get to this place from the front desk you have to go up one elevator, walk about an 1/8th mile to another elevator then walk through the pool area and get on another elevator. We had to seat our self, the food isnt that great my burger was sitting in a puddle of grease and craft Mac and cheese for kids is 7 dollars. Also had to get up after our food was delivered to get myself silverware.
