The most memorable thing about my dining experience at The Farm was that the dish that my husband ordered, "the beer braut", arrived at our table shaped like a swirly poop. Other than that, I recommend that you find some other place to blow $60 a plate. The food? Mediocre. The service? Bordering on condescending. The price? Outrageous. We left still hungry. The atmosphere and presentation was nice, but no amount of artfully arranging a sauce on a plate can make up for what the food itself was lacking. Ive had plenty of amazing food in my life for far more reasonable prices.

Pricey perhaps due to location but portion sizes are too small for what they charge. I ordered 2 dishes to be satisfied and then of course dessert. But the food was delicious, really top notch. Smoked trout salad is a must try (just wish there was more of it!) Service: management needs to hire more staff! Service was slow (compared to other american restaurants) and it took too long to be greeted and seated. But they were super friendly and accommodating and I enjoyed the views of the snow while waiting.

Very tasty and excellent service for our party of eight. Table liked the white bean soup, steaks, and spinach spaetzle. Fine kids options (and staff was very welcoming of them; we and two other families were in separate section so as to not disturb other diners). Accommodated allergy patrons perfectly. Be aware: its a long walk to the restaurant from the summer resort parking lot.

Our server promised that the food really "speaks for itself". She was right. The food spoke, and it was not good. The portions were too small, the wait time was too long(despite being one of two groups in the entire room), the food quality was okay, and the prices were too high.

If you are considering eating a plate here, you are probably better off just eating two or three 20 dollar bills. It will cost you the same amount, taste better, and leave you feeling more full. Plus, you can serve yourself instead of waiting 40 min.

The food is really great. Good quality. The Staff is very nice and the place has a very nice ambience. Prices are reasonable. Great value for your buck.

Delicious fish, fancy food, rustic bread. Dont expect big drinks and buy a bottle of wine instead of by the glasses and bring the rest home
