This place is clean and the people seem great. My issue is with the food . I ordered the Big Juan beef burrito combo and a beef crispy taco on the side. The taco feels generic and is heavy on the beef. Too much beef and not enough condiments. The burrito was okay at best. Everything seemed a bit on the salty side. Even the coke tasted flat and watered down. Disappointing for the price. I am Hispanic so my standards for Mexican themed restaurants are high. When it comes to "Mexican" fast food chains I prefer El Pollo Loco by far. I will say, however, the thing that made the food bearable was the salsa bar. Lemons onions and cilantro definitely go far. I will give this place another chance by trying different (non-beef) menu items.

I ordered a Ranchero Burrito with crispy chicken strips and ended up with a cabbage burrito since I had to remove the two day old crispy scraps that appeared to be edges or ends cut off of other chicken pieces. These pieces were so hard I could not chew them so I had to throw them away and just eat the cabbage.

This is the best taco time we get taken care of right when we come threw the door the food is always freshly made and brought to our table and the bar were you get your own sauce is stocked and clean the dineing area is clean and the bathrooms are clean all around this was a great experience

Crisp meat burrito perfect but this casta whatever burrito is the worst! Very very disappointed with it did not look like the picture it seems like they gave a tsp of red sauce on this $5 burrito....so people stay with the crisp burritos only at this location

The food is alright. But it seems that they cant ever get my orders right (even after handing the bag back to them 3 times). Its probably why it takes so long to get your food because it seems theyre just throwing things in the bag as they go.

I LOVE THEIR BEAN AND MEAT FRIED BURRITOS. I always mix their red hot sauce with some ketchup, and I will down 4 or 5 of those little burritos. Such great food item for a small dirty run down fast food joint.

Service was slow, the taco salad was horrible only lettuce and cheese with a few pieces of chicken and overpriced plus was charged extra for dressing. I will not go back.
