This place is filthy- I have posted pictures on the napkin dispenser, dead fly by the soda fountain, and disgusting floors. I cant imagine what the kitchen looks like, but I would run from this place. Granted, it is only a fast place to eat, but it is simply over-priced and the staff is just awfully rude. I waited in line for 3+ minutes as one of the workers carried out a personal conversation about which LDS ward they may see each other in (with a guest), then came over to help after looking around the back area. I cant imagine this place is sanitary, and if this were California, I would imagine they would have a B at best, but most likely a C.

I really like the people here. They take great care of me. They always remember my name and it makes me happy. It reminds me of that "Cheers" song from the t.v. show. Plus the food is good. I got the Farmhouse with 2 eggs cause a guy and Im supposed to have the extra protein. I like the hazelnut coffee too. Ive been to Einsteins in Colorado and Texas but the people at the Orem and Provo Einstein are people that make me feel glad I went there. Also theyre not lame like Starbucks.

My sweetheart and I love the sandwiches you guys make we get the farm house for me and the French toast breakfast sandwich for her almost every morning. Mike is great he is on the ball every time he has excellent customer service skills he is quick and makes a damn good sandwich thanks Mike. And everyone else who has been working in the morning that early at this location has been wonderful as well thank you Einsteins for helping us start our day the rite way.

This Einstein is the absolute best. Not only are their bagels incredible, but the people are so great. Adra is always so friendly and helpful, she always has the best suggestions. The coffee is also fantastic, the Christmas blend blows my mind right now. Anyway I highly recommend heading in right now and getting bagels and shmear for you and your co-workers. Not only will you love the experience and employees here your co-workers will love you for it too.

Ugh. Their coffee is always lukewarm. And, the bagels arent all that great either. Id much rather pick through leftover bagels in the breakroom that go in to this restaurant. Its okay, and the servers try to be friendly. Its just that when ordering the sandwiches seem like they will be so tasty, but when you get them theyre disappointing. And I always wish I would have gotten a plain bagel with no coffee instead.

The food was delicious, but the service was horrible. The lady told us the box included 2 smears and it was listed on an advertisement as such but they charged us for the smears. Then when we asked about it another lady (Im assuming a manager) was rude and condescending. She didnt help us at all. Id recommend the bagels but Id go to a different location.

I went there on July 14th 2015 at 4 pm. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich. The recepi was good but the chicken inside the sandwitch was unfresh and tast/smell bad and old. I guess they kept the chicken too long time in refrigirator. They need to keep fresh meat in refrigitrator and check it all the time. Especially the meat kind.

I came here one morning and was so disappointed by the service and the food. I was treated rudely by the man making my food and the worst part about that was, he is the manager! After telling him i wanted a turkey sandwich he rudely responded and then didnt even put turkey on it. Never going to this location again!

Their egg sandwiches are amazing, and my wife loves keeping it simple with a sesame seed bagel and plain cream cheese. Its a little pricey for me for the amount of food you get, but I get bogo coupons in my email sometimes, which makes it worth it.
