Since this store was taken over and became coffee and bagels the quality of food and service has gone down significantly. Orders are constantly wrong and seem to be a common complaint by many, quality control is non existent. They will serve burnt (completely blackened) food to you without a second thought, there bagels are hit or miss depending on the day. They serve food to customers I doubt they would eat themselves. They seem to struggle with the recipes left behind from the previous company and staffing as they are never consistent. This places needs a major overhaul and managers who take pride in their store, not managers who could care less about the quality of service and food their staff and store are serving customers. These issues have been brought up to staffing and managers multiple times by multiple people only for nothing to be done and the same issues to keep reoccurring on a regular basis. Hopefully they will hear the voices of their customers and start making the changes necessary to improve service and food quality.

If you are going to eat here...go early. The quality is good (its Einsteins Bagels & Carinou Coffee), but the location is not well run. Today marks the third time I have been here in mid afternoon and they are out of food to serve. Today it was more than 90% of their bagels + potato salad + fruit salad. This location is open until 5PM...which is still three hours away. Thats not how you run a restaurant. The staff are friendly and keep the dining area clean. Prepared to be disappointed by the lack of selection if you stop by after 12PM. Hopefully, they can figure out how to prep for the full business day. Once they do it will be a good spot for breakfast, lunch and early dinners.

I didnt even know this location existed, but I looked it up to use a coupon I had for a free bagel. Sat in the drive thru for a very long time. It was 11:30 am and they were out of the kind of bagel I wanted. Ordered my teen son a turkey bagel sandwich meal, (which doesnt include a drink, btw) specifying no tomatoes. We arrived home and saw that not only was the sandwich covered in tomatoes but theyd forgotten to include the fruit cup hed chosen for his side. So really, the meal was just a sandwich. I filled out their online survey about the experience stating that Id like to be contacted about it. Never heard back.

Im from NY and the first time i went here was a saturday afternoon. The drive through was empty. I got quick service and thought the iced coffee was pretty good. So i tried it again the next weekend, but this time before 12pm. The iced coffee was not as good as the first time and the wait was long, but not too bad. Went again on a sunday around 11am and waited for about 15 mins and the iced coffee was very bland. And i got vanilla flavor btw. I have since gone to both locations of coffee rush and HiGHLY recommend them!"! They are consistent, tons of flavors and worth the extra $.

Let me start by saying that I love Einsteins Bagels but this location has a staff that left me wanting more. Three of the three employees that helped me mentioned how badly they want to close and go home, the cashier left during ringing me up because she wanted to switch with another employee that was too slow at making sandwiches. Then I wanted to use a B.O.G.O. coupon and the new cashier and then the manager stated they hated this coupon because everyone used it. Also the food could have been make with more attention to detail. Sorry but this location needs some help.

The last 3 times Ive gone to this store they have been out of the 6 cheese and the Asiago bagels. Yesterday I waited 15 minutes for the Asiago bagels to come out of the oven. (They didnt have any more 6 cheese bagels to bake) THEN I was told they were out of the Mocha Java for the rest of the day. Why is this store always out of everything? Is it ordering problems? Managing problems? Worker problems? Ive managed 2 stores and you order by supply and demand. You also order by the time of year and predicted sales. I dont understand what the issue is with this store?

I really try to like this location because its close to my house but its hard. Its hard because numerous times my order is wrong, they are always in a hurry, never ask for rewards # in drive thru, given me incorrect change multiple times, the inside lounge is always strewn with crumbs and wrappers, havent fixed their glitch in system for coupons. The only reason I return is because their pastries and bagels do taste fresh and someone else in my household likes the lox which most other places dont sell.

They literally never have what we want. They dont accept corporate coupons. They say their baker isnt there after Noon so why not stock up on what you will need OR hire another baker. Its frustrating to go their after 1130 and know you wont get what you want. Thought the remodeling would make it better and more efficient. Not so much. Im surprised they are still in business but it might be due to just the name. Not the service or actual quality of product.

I love Einstein bagels and Caribou coffee is hands down WAY better than ANY coffee Ive ever had! Im so happy that these two companies joined together to provide the best of both breakfast worlds for my enjoyment! Service was fast; we had barely paid for our order and it was already waiting for us to pick up! Employees were polite and friendly. Dining area was clean and tidy. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

I was happy to see Einsteins was back open with Caribou Coffee. After passing a Starbucks with 20 cars in the drive thru I came here. As I have been before, I was disappointed. I ordered a simple hot coffee with cream and sugar. What I received was and look warm coffee. I wont be going here again. Try the nice coffee shop in front of sprouts around the corner. There is no drive thru but the coffee and staff were great

I will not buy anything from this location again. Yesterday day, I bought half a dozen pack for takeout and asked to slice and toast two of them. The attendant at the counter said - they do not toast when bagels are bought in the bulk. If this is the policy that Einstein bagels has taken, Id say Einstein bagels went continually down over the 7 years I had observed them - from increasing prices to lowering service.

Bagels are good, customer service is very poor. Would it hurt if any of their employees smiled a little. No one seems to enjoy working there. The work area behind the counter always appears dirty and cluttered with dropped items. Needs to be swept and mopped more. They need more than one trash can inside the building, thats always filled and needing service with no trash can for the outside table area.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I donated a bag of coffee to a local charity, and Joshua made me feel like I donated a kidney. These people have such enthusiasm, I love coming her to get work done or just to grab a quick bagel in the run. And if you havent been here in a while, the inside is totally redone and has this awesome urban lodge aesthetic. Definitely check it out.
