This used to be a place that I love and I would frequent. They have sense done a lousy job of preparing the food. When I asked for a sandwich a certain way I expect for it to come out of the drive-thru window that way. I have had at least 20 experiences here where the order just wasnt right. Recently I purchased a sandwich here they had me to sounds through the drive-thru window and I opened it up and it was wrong and they took it back through the drive-thru window and wanted to fix it and give it back to me that is just not sanitary at all it should have been done right the first time and furthermore nothing that goes out the drive-thru window into somebodys car should ever go back into the restaurant. I was also disappointed when they quit giving out there free samples at the drive-thru window it feels to me like theyre more concerned about profits than people the food here is expensive and you really dont get what you are paying for. The turkey on the turkey sandwiches has gone way downhill it used to taste good like Thanksgiving type turkey but now it taste stale and old and hard and frankly Ive questioned whether I should even be eating it.

Big thumbs down. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches: egg & cheese on ciabatta and egg & bacon on wheat. The sandwich with wheat bread was missing bacon. I walked up to the counter, let an employee know, and they kindly added bacon to my sandwich and apologized. I sat back down, took a bite, and realized my sandwich had cheese. I specifically ordered my sandwich with no cheese because I cant have dairy. Walking up to the counter a second time, I informed a different employee that my sandwich had cheese when I ordered no cheese, and this was the second mistake with my order. I was given a full refund with no apology. Im more than willing to understand that mistakes can be made, we are all human. However, not acknowledging so and refusing to offer an apology is poor customer service and unacceptable.

We LOVE this Kneaders location! Very clean store, Great staff, super friendly, knowledgeable, and of course wonderful food! I recommend any of their soups, and for a sandwich, you can never go wrong with their Turkey! The summertime (limited edition) Crab Salad on a soft dinner roll is always a favorite of mine too. Their gift items are always full of new ideas for every season. If you see something you love, be sure and buy it as their items move quickly! l have many decorations in my home from Kneaders and given many of their items as gifts. All around great store!!

The last 3 times Ive gotten sandwiches from them there is less and less meat and things I asked not to be there were there or you can tell were put on the sandwich then removed, such as no tomatoes or onion. I was always use to a packed sandwich but now Im paying for bread. If you want a good sandwich dont order in the evenings. Also found a dead grasshopper in a salad along with rotten tomatoes and grapes. Ill take a polite pass next time and start giving my rewards away.

Some items on the menu are a little pricy for fast food, but the quality speaks for itself. They have a great variety to choose from on the menu from French Toast, to sandwiches and soups and salads. I really like their kids menu! Its so frustrating to pick a place to get food for the kids that doesnt have heavy, greasy food to choose from. They have healthy choices that are also tasty for the kids too. The kids meals are very reasonable as well!

I just moved here from Oklahoma where we have Panera bread. I came to kneaders hoping for a replacement and while their turkey sandwich is good there coffee is always bitter and lukewarm at best. Maybe its because I tend to go in there evening hours but they need to do a better job on their coffee if Im going to enjoy eating there.

I guess the staff must be new, because when my husband and I went in to grab something to eat before work, the service was extremely slow, they were out of a lot of what we wanted, and when we did order, they got both of our orders incorrect. I hope this is just a one-time thing, because I used to love this place.

Eclair Heaven! My grandma would be impressed with their eclairs...that was always a treat for us to eat when she would crave her sweets...this place is always busy and never seems to disappoint either your sweet tooth or lunch craving...and I heard the "all you can eat" french toast is pretty scrumptious too!

Kneaders is a wonderful breakfast and lunch location. The building is clean and inviting. The menu is varied and everything we had was tasty. I ordered the American Omelette, my husband ordered the french toast, and my mother ordered the ham, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches. They make good lattes too!

Food was good but the girl that made my frappe doesnt wash her hands after rubbing her nose and carrying the broom around. She just started making my frappe with dirty hands. Grossed me out so I had to ask for a refund, the cashier was understanding and made me a new one with CLEAN hands.

Not sure what is the big hype about this place. Food is ok and to be honest it was pricey. It seems like the fancy names for their products make them higher in price. The location is nice, and inside as well, but still not sure what is it that people think this place is so great.

Usually Kneaders is awesome & usually their veggie AVOCADO sandwich has a lot of avocados. But this time, very little avocado & the avocado was a weird gray colour. If they didnt have any good avocados, they should have said something & I would have ordered something else

The food is kind of pricey but very good. They have all you can eat french toast in the mornings and I havent have a dessert I didnt like. I also really love going there for soup and bread in the winter time and sit next to the fireplace. It has a wonderful ambiance.

SLOW slow service. We wanted some dessert to go. We parked and went inside. It took a long time to get our desserts. Apparently putting some cake slices in a box is difficult. The brownie was DRY, rock hard and crunchy. Not worth the time or money.

I love this Kneaders! The staff and management are especially friendly and caring. The sandwiches are great. I like the ruben myself. Go ahead and try the chocolate dome (very delicious, you may have a sugar coma afterwards).

Absolutely LOVE the all you can eat french toast, and the assorted bread puddings will tempt you to spend a small fortune on a carbohydrate and gluten induced coma. Count me among those who commit the sin of Gluteny.

I got the avocado turkey bacon and at $9 a sandwich I would of expected fresh bacon, but received flat dehydrated bacon. The avocados were crunchy and bread was bland and dry. Would not suggest this place.
