Three days before we wanted loaves of a specific bread, I placed the order via phone. I was promised the bread would be pulled the day I needed it and set aside for me. It is the favorite bread of an out of state friend who used to live in Salt Lake. As will be house guests of the friend the day after we were to pick up the bread, we want to use the bread as a hostess gift. We arrived at the appointed time. Someone had written down our order, but we were told no one had pulled the order and they had sold out of if that kind. As compensation they would give us some free cookies. We had driven 10 miles round trip to get our friend a special treat for nothing. When we arrived back home, a message from Great Harvest awaited us. As soon as we had left the parking lot, they found our order. If we made another 10 mile round trip, we could pick up the bread. This location of Great Harvest gets one star from me only because they give such profuse apologies after their sloppy service. We wont be making the 10 mile round trip for bread again.

Love this location! Its been a LONG time since Ive been inside a GH Bread, but yesterday we were close so we had to stop for the cinnaburst bread. Yes, HAD to stop. I ending up getting far more than Id planned. The salsa bread sample was to die for. The huge gingerbread men were so cute and delicious! The cinnaburst bread is just as delicious as I remember, I only wish a store were closer to my home or work! Great Harvest Bread puts Kneaders to shame. Kneaders is great if you want sugary stuff, but Great Harvest Bread is full of great and healthy items. My daughter tried the breakfast bun and while im not sure what all was in it aside from egg, cheese and bacon - maybe jalapeno, she wanted more. If a 13 year old loves it, you will too, im sure.

Such amazing bread! This is my go to spot for whole loaves, but sweet and savory. I’ve never purchased a loaf I wasn’t impressed with. The wheat varieties are dense and flavorful, and stand up to butter and spreads very well. They don’t skimp on the add ins (fruit, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, etc.), so rest assured that each piece you slice will be full of them. Going into the store is my favorite part. Never leave without a fresh free slice and the employees are always so happy and helpful. They even offered to help me out to my car when it was raining! That’s worth a star by itself. Extra kudos for being active partners in the community. They are locally owned and operated, and always willing to help out with a good cause.

I just wanted to say thank you to the store manager Alex, who just delivered some amazing looking platters, bread, cookies, etc. for our company wellness seminar/lunch. We really appreciate your store and also to Sam who helped me over the phone yesterday to place our order. The service I received today was outstanding! I ordered several cake loaves to take to a meeting and they offered to slice them all for me to make it easier. I also misplaced my receipt and within minutes of calling, they sent me a copy. The extra effort they put in was really appreciated! Thank you!

Ive never been here, though Ive driven by countless times. I wasnt sure what to expect, but I am impressed. The staff is extremely friendly; the gentleman who helped me was clearly in love with his job, which to me speaks volumes. The food was fresh and delicious. Ill for sure be coming on back.

This is the best bread in town. If you like homemade bread,(Not the bread machine kind) this is as close as youre going to get! They are locally owned and have been for years. I shouldnt admit this..., but i seriously could go through a loaf of whole wheat in a day on my very own

Yet another business with incompetent staff. You cant hardly call ahead anywhere nowadays and ask if something is in stick before coming in. I called, asked for a certain bread. She said they had some. I come in. Oh, oops. Hahaha sorry my bad. None ready

They are even beginning to make the transition to baking with organic wheat. That will definitely keep me coming back. Until they are organic I only let myself enjoy their poison every 3 to 4 months. They will be 5 star when organic transition complete

Im not sure if they read the cards you fill out for a sandwich. Almost every time Ive come here they do it wrong so whats the point of filling it out. Today I wanted white bread we got wheat. No avacado, got avacado. No lettuce , got lettuce.

I have eaten here several times and have yet to have a bad experience or sandwich. Everything is tasty, fresh, and the employees and staff are always friendly helpful and accommodating. This is my favorite lunch spot in the whole valley.
