This location is awful. I have worked as a server at several wingers locations so I know the food, expectations, environment etc. way better than the average patron and this location pretty much fails in all aspects. I called to place a to go order and was immediately put on hold and hung up on shortly after. Eventually I got through and placed my order of a Sticky Sandwich with rice instead of the fries. The Lady on the other end had trouble wrapping her head around the fact that I wanted rice instead of fries which should be an extremely easy substitution that she should be doing all the time and have no problem with. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order the place was lifeless, there was either no music or extremely quiet music, there was no host or server anywhere near the door and I wasnt greeted. When the guy behind the bar finally decided to walk up and address me he seemed confused when I told him I had a to go order and passed me off to a woman I assume was the manager. She quickly got me my food and check and is probably the only reason I giving this place two stars instead of one. The food was not good. The sandwich which is supposed to have a sauce on the bun was completely dry, the bun was stale, the sticky finger was not sticky at all (it had very little sauce on it) and it was all jumbled around and in pieces in the box. In my time working with wingers I came to love and crave their sweet coconut rice, what I got from this place was overcooked, mushy, bland rice. I threw most of it away. Never again will I waste my hard earned money at this location, they dont deserve it. Ill be going to the 72nd south or downtown location, hopefully they do a better job.

Our small party decided to try out this Wingers last week, since we generally like the franchise and enjoy other locations, but hadnt been to this one. Man, talk about a rough dining experience. For starters, I found it pretty comical that another reviewer talked about burnt popcorn. They burnt it BAD while we were there, to the point everyone was coughing like crazy. We had an 8 mo old baby with us and took him out to stand out in the snow in December, while they tried to air out the dining area. Ive never been to a restaurant that has burnt their popcorn... but it really does sound like a regular thing at this particular location. Our waitress was friendly, but Im not sure if she was having an off night, but she messed up every single meal; mostly wrong sides or wrong sauces. Had to keep reminding her to get the drinks she insisted shed be bringing right out. Were hardly needy diners, but we were half way done with our meals before she brought out my wifes drink that she ordered before we placed our food order. Just overall a very rough experience. Well be staying far, far away from this location, and would recommend others do the same. The Wingers out at Valley Fair is fantastic; the best Wingers Ive ever been to.

I personally judge the service at a restaurant not based on how things are when they go smoothly, but how I am treated when they dont. My wife and I went to wingers last weekend and it is currently under construction, a portion of the building is still open so they can continue to stay open. It was packed last Friday night and the hostesses were so nice and apologetic for the wait, (less than 7 minutes). The food was great but there were a couple of hairs in mine and my wifes fries. The waitress we had was very apologetic and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy when we left. I saw the true colors of the server we had that deserve the rating. I dont know if we will come back, but if we do it will because of the service.

Ive been coming to Wingers since I was three. Its very family friendly. I remember I went to a location that is closed now and they did some great things. Every waiter/waitress was so kind and they did everything they could to make it the best experience possible. On Fridays they did crazy hair nights and spray painted our hair out back if we asked. During Christmas time, they had a Santa come and take pictures, hand out bells, and make the experience even better! Their wings are the best in town. I will continue coming back to any location I can until the day I die! Its so fun!

Usually my favorite Wingers location until tonight we had to walk out after ordering because of such terrible service. No one came over for 20 minutes after we sat, once we did put in our order after getting our drinks our server never came back. No server was on the floor we had to go look for someone to ask, couldnt find anyone. In total we waited over 45 minutes, we decided to get up and leave because it was 20 minutes past closing time and still no food, no wingers employee even in sight. One bad experience is all it takes, I will never go to this location again.

The sign says change is coming, but it doesnt appear to be good changes. I ordered a sticky fingers lunch and regrettably found the size of chicken potions had been cut rougly in half. The new, thinner fries were a big improvement in taste and texture, but again a cut in overall mass. Too add insult to injury, getting replenishment to this "endless" entre was very difficult. Catching my servers attention was like trying to flag down an airliner with a signal mirror. I didnt even get a refill on my soda.

Awesome food. Cool atmosphere. Friendly staff. The only reason its not 5 stars is the management, or at least the manager on duty. Slow night, sitting at the bar and manager calls the bartender over and says he is talking to me too much and that he needed to clock out and just let a server cover my food. Im new in town and was asking questions about the area and food places. The manager was more worried about money than the customer. I will definitely visit Wingers again but probably a different location.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Placed a take out order and got the "sticky finger dinner."The menu said "comes with coleslaw AND fries. Not coleslaw OR fries. And when I told the hostess I got my fries but I didnt get my coleslaw she said "well did you sepcify?" and I told her that the menu said "and" not "or." she cut me off and had an attitude. Went back to the kitchen and handed me a 1 oz to go container of coleslaw. This was the second occurrence. The food is good, but the service makes it unappetizing.

We came here for a graduation dinner with a group of 12 adults & 3 children. They only had about 10 customers in there at the time. Our food came our 40 minutes late, one of the children didnt get their food or drink until after the adults for their food. Our waitress was careless & did not refill our waters until we asked another waiter if we could get filled. Then at the end threw all of our tickets on one & didnt know how to take it off because the girl was new. All in all, worst service ever.
