First off, let me say I love Chipotle. This location on the other hand is not up to par. Some smaller things to note: They are horribly inconsistent at this location with portioning. I get the same toppings each time, and yet the burrito can change in size by nearly half/double. But thats not the worst thing. Its the complete lack of any flavor. I dont know whats going on with this location, but their burritos taste like youre eating a lettuce burrito, and its not because theres too much lettuce. Nothing has any taste. Its the weirdest sensation. Usually you can really taste the rice and black beans, and the steak usually has a bit of a kick to it. Not here. To top it all off, the girl was extremely rude on the line, and refused to give me more rice or beans to fill up the paltry burrito. In fact, the amount she put of each ingredient was about half what I get at other locations. I wont be going back here, Ill go up a couple miles to the other Tempe location. That and being that were in Arizona, theres QUITE a bit of competition for mexican food around here. Youre honestly much better off going to El Pollo Loco than Mill Aves Chipotle. Be warned.

tl;dr: Friendly people, not enough parking, crowded, reasonably fast, clean. This Chipotle is one of the most consistently crowded Chipotles in the valley. That means lines of 10+ people are fairly standard starting at about 11am. However, Ive never felt like the wait times are excessive, and the staff is always friendly. The food is up to normal Chipotle standards, which is about a 4. Ive knocked off a star for the fact that there is nowhere NEAR enough parking, which means walking or biking to this location is your best option, especially because there is no free, unreserved parking nearby.

The food at Chipotle is delicious as always. I only rated a 3 star because this location is way too small for the amount of business it receives. The line is always long and the tables are limited. Out of all the times Ive been here, I have never found a parking spot. The street next to the restaurant is only available to park if you have a parking permit. So unless you walk or take an uber, dont expect to park easily. Overall, Chipotle has really good food, isnt expensive, but needs a larger space to accommodate for the amount of business it receives.

I find myself going to Chipotle less and less as they continue to reduce the amount of food they give you. I now pay an extra $2.50 for "double" meat that equates to the standard amount of two years ago. Often a 10 min wait in line to order at this location. Employees are cycled regularly, so its quite common to come in contact with someone who is still being trained. Food is usually cooked well, however. Parking is non-existent at peak hours.. Good thing I have a permit.

Super clean look and feel Service was good Ordered steak bowl make sure say double portion on the meat.All in all service was good lots of choices.Got a sample of meat which was great.Margarita was good to. Lots on drinks from soda to alcohol.Very spacious. Spent 13 and some change. Not bad.Goodfood=longlines 2nd time ever ate at the foodchain.) Everything is out in the open.The checkout line can get slow if they have to make mageritas but its worth it.

Went to pick up a catering order and had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my existence. Once they came to the window they then said itll be at least another 15 minutes. Ridiculous. Also the parking situation is inconsiderate. Theres no spaces for picking up catering orders ( theres not even enough spaces for regular customers!) nor any signs for additional parking.

I love the chicken bowl. They were super cool one time my order was ice cold by the time I brought it back to my place (10 minute walk) & they replaced it free without giving them the old one. Only downside being so close to ASU during meal times theres a long line. The way Chipotle operates is efficient so even though you might be number 20 in line it usually moves fast.

Chipotle is one of my favorite places. I am from Maryland where the line for a Chipotle is often seen going out the door. This place in Scottsdale on Shea is a let down. The chicken is dry and grisly, the rice is dry and the tomatoes were yellow and overly spiced. The place was clean and the service was good. The parking lot is a nightmare.

Typically slow, and if you order via the app, youll probably still have to wait while a dozen low-functioning bros go ahead of you. This location desperately needs to expand parking, but I imagine the peoples republic of tempe wont let them. The food is decent, but the challenges with getting it are a cost that make it almost not worth it.

I ordered a bowl with barbacoa with the red salsa and guacamole that I paid extra for and they gave me a burrito with carnitas and their corn salad with sour cream. Never ordering online again. When I called to inform them of the problem they told me that we asked for the name ORLANDO. How does Orlando sound like JILIANA. Beyond upset.

This location is always so crowded; I dont think Ive ever been in a line that was shorter than 10 people. But the food is consistently good, and the customer service is fine. The parking lot is kind of a disaster, and its hard to get in because its on Mill Avenue. But overall its worth it for the quality food that Chipotle serves

Its amazing how fast and efficient they are. As always this is on par with the Chipotle standard of excellence in taste and service, but often the lines are out the door and they wont let me order the quesarito unless its dead. Doesnt stop me from coming here when I get a chance though. Barefoot friendly.

Consistently top quality food and friendly although a bit too rushed service. I can depend on their chips and guacamole to hit the spot every time. The hard seating could be softened up a bit. Better selection of fountain drinks or perhaps a newer generation drink mixing dispenser would also be nice.

Pretty much all chipotles are equal. Delicious food, always fresh. They did skimp on meat though at this location versus others I frequent :( Update: it seems like every time I go at lunch I get a little sprinkle of meat but other times this location serves the same amount of meat as other locations.

Employees stood around and talked with each other laughing while I patiently waited for her to give me my change. This was after I had to deal with the same thing while I was ordering my good. To add to this, there was over 20 people in line. The customer comes before you discuss your weekend plans.

Nice place but the employees are clearly just there to make a check. They mess around a lot and dont pay attention to their customers. I cannot even count on two hands how many times theyve messed up my order. And their soda fountains are constantly out of flavor.

This location is pretty stingy with the rice and beans. I always have to ask for more just to get the normal amount. The food quality is the same as other locations. Given its proximity to ASU, this location can get quite busy and parking is very limited.
